Krishna’s advice for people who stress on Sunday evenings...
Sunday evenings feel stressful for many people.
Not because Monday has come.
The problem is mind has already started living in the future i.e. Monday.
On Sunday evening itself, people start worrying-
"How will next week go?" or "There are so many tasks to complete."
Krishna says anxiety begins when we leave the present and start living in the future.
We worry about things that haven’t even happened, disturbing the moment we’re in.
So Krishna’s message is simple:
Stay in the present.
Stop overthinking about the future.
Think and do things which are in your control, those things that are not in your control.
They shouldn't matter.
So, on your Sunday evening, can you really control how your Monday morning goes?
No.
So just enjoy your Sunday fully.

Here's what Bhagavad Gita says about dealing with difficult people 👇🏼
You can't avoid difficult people.
You won’t always get to choose your colleagues, or your manager, or the people you interact with daily.
Some will be supportive. Some will be challenging. Some will test your patience.
The Gita’s answer is not control.
It is समत्वं (Samatvam) - which means 'equanimity'.
Not pretending everything is fine.
But learning to stay steady within, regardless of what’s happening outside.
Because the real drain is not caused by difficult people.
It’s how much mental space they occupy in your head after the interaction is over.
You replay conversations, overthink responses, and you carry the emotion into your next meeting.
Krishna’s teaching is simple:
You may not control the person.
But you can control your inner state through समत्वं(Samatvam).
And that changes everything.

Next time someone criticizes your work - before you respond, notice what happens inside.
That reaction is your real feedback.
The Gita inspires us to be Sthitaprajna, which means having a steady mind that doesn't collapse under praise or criticism.
And that steadiness only comes with practice.

Contributions will.

I hear a lot of - “I hate my job.”
Most people don’t hate effort.
They hate feeling like their work doesn’t matter.
When work is only about money, it drains you.
When it feels like a contribution, it energizes you.
Maybe you don’t hate your job.
Maybe you just haven’t found meaning in it yet.

Work-life balance sounds like a dream...
But in actuality, the majority of people have misunderstood it.
Here's what the Bhagavad Gita says:
It doesn’t speak about balance.
It speaks about Yukta, a state of being regulated, aligned, and integrated.
Not dividing your life into compartments…
But bringing the right energy, at the right time, to the right space.
When you’re at work → be fully present.
When you’re with family → be fully available.
When you rest → rest without guilt.
The problem is not that we work too much.
The problem is that we are mentally everywhere, all the time.
So even when we are working, we are distracted.
And even when we are resting, we are thinking about work.
That’s not a sign of poor work-life balance.
That’s a sign of disintegration.
Krishna’s wisdom is simple:
When your actions are aligned with your dharma, life stops feeling like a tug of war.
For the next few days, do this -
Whatever you are doing, do only that.
No multitasking.
No mental switching.
Just full presence.
You’ll realize... You didn't need better balance.
You needed better alignment.
