Some of you may have noticed that most of the higher membership tiers on Patreon, YouTube and Ko-Fi have now gone.

Let me explain...

Many years ago I had a dream of one day being able to spend my days creating content just for you, my audience. Be this tutorials, scripts, tools, rigs or models. I hoped that over time I would grow a community who could support this, and in return get regular free content to help them learn and develop.

It's been six years now since I uploaded my first "Rigging in Maya" video, and I admit it has been tough to try and regularly generate content as well as maintain a regular income to support me and my family.

I now have almost 50,000 subscribers on YouTube but the sad fact is, even with channel memberships, that only brings in roughly £170 a month. I know to raise this I have to generate more content but client work comes first, which leaves little time for anything else at the moment, plus the pressure of "needing to upload something!" is starting to get to me.

So I have decided to pull back. I want to rewind six years and focus more on sharing videos again, be these tips or full workshops. I got sidetracked with building rigging tools when I should be sharing my knowledge and helping people.

With that in mind I am keeping the lowest membership levels on Patreon and YouTube, for those of you who want to help support this content as and when I have time to create it. Alternatively I have my Ko-Fi page which will serve for those who prefer one off donations.

The memberships have gone, but I haven't, and I am excited to start recording for you all again.

aRT v1.05 is now available for members to download!

Here is what this version includes.

✅ Added Time Warp animation tools.
✅ Added Maya 2026 support.

The Time Warp animations tools are still in development and currently don't support animation layers, but they will let you...

✅ Reverse, loop and mirror animation curves.
✅ Stabilize baked animation, reducing variations in the curves.
✅ Optimize animation curves.
✅ Scale curves.
✅ You can also remap animation curves too, and copy them with an offset.
✅ In addition to this is an Anchor Control, which is useful for pinning foot positions when cleaning up motion capture data.

I will provide more instructions once I get time.

You will find the download link in a separate, members post.

Enjoy!
