A recreational level endurance runner, just trying to find out where the limit is:

In way of bio, I've been running for 6 years now, been taking it a bit more seriously over the last 3 of them. My PB's are:

5k - 16.32
10k - 35.41
21.1k - 1:15:39
42.2k - 2:46:28
60K - 5:19:11

Please join me as I try to show off the amazing thing we call running, the main goal of this channel is to inspire myself and others. I would love to see others lace up a pair of shoes and give running a go or see how far they can push themselves. When I started running around my hometown two times 6 years ago, I would have never thought I'd be where I am today.
