I hope ya'll had the best Christmas and New Years. Well, basically this is already mid or almost end of January 2026- and I just had chanced to make this post.

If you're seeing this post for the first time, hi, my name is Niki (as I put on my channel).
Today we just received updated photos of our coral babies that my colleague and I 'planted' almost 2 years ago in Diamonds Thudufushi Maldives Resort.
Unfortunately, not a super great update- as you can see in the pictures, the corals on the frames are being challenged by the high sea temperatures that have been on the rise.
However, I believe that the Marine Biologist Team at Diamonds Thudufushi will do their best to keep monitoring and taking care of our frame. Hoping it recovers soon!
Just found out yesterday that I've been in 76 resorts in the Maldives!!!! (Wooohhhhh!!!) Well, some of them are just day visits / and invitations for Lunch, Dinner, or Iftar- and the early-early resorts I've been, hmm... yeah, too bad! I wasn't documenting much. But I'm so happy you're here with me now, touring most of the resorts in the Maldives together :)) I hope I'll 100 resorts soon :D

By the way, have you seen this new video? I am learning to fix what I'm lacking each time I'm creating each video. Hope you can feel the fun of Robinson Maldives through this video as well.
DID YOU KNOW That the Maldives' Green Tax / Tourism Tax increased 100% starting the 01st of January this year?
The Green Tax increases from US$ 6.00 per guest, per night to US$ 12.00 per guest, per night, effective 01 January 2025.
However, these changes will not affect infants or Children under 02 years old. If in the previous years' infants (0-1.99 yrs) were included in the Green Tax compulsory. Starting this year (2025) Children under two years old will be exempt from the tax.

If you're seeing this post for the first time, hi, my name is Niki (as I put on my channel).
