محسنِ پاکستان عبدالقدیرخان کا 90واں یومِ پیدائش آج منایا گیا۔ وہ پاکستان کے ممتاز ایٹمی سائنس دان تھے جنہوں نے ملک کو ایٹمی طاقت بنانے میں کلیدی کردار ادا کیا اور اسی بنا پر انہیں “محسنِ پاکستان” کہا جاتا ہے۔
ڈاکٹر عبدالقدیر خان یکم اپریل 1936 کو بھوپال میں پیدا ہوئے۔ قیامِ پاکستان کے بعد ان کا خاندان ہجرت کر کےکراچی منتقل ہو گیا، جہاں انہوں نے اپنی ابتدائی تعلیم حاصل کی۔ بعد ازاں وہ اعلیٰ تعلیم کے لیے یورپ گئے اور جرمنی، نیدرلینڈز اور بیلجیم سے انجینئرنگ اور میٹالرجی میں مہارت حاصل کی۔
1970 کی دہائی میں خطے کی بدلتی ہوئی صورتحال، خصوصاً انڈیا کے ایٹمی تجربات کے بعد، پاکستان کو دفاعی چیلنجز کا سامنا ہوا۔ اسی تناظر میں ڈاکٹر عبدالقدیر خان وطن واپس آئے اور اُس وقت کے وزیرِاعظم ذوالفقار علی بھٹو کی قیادت میں ایٹمی پروگرام کا حصہ بنے۔
انہوں نے Kahuta Research Laboratories کی بنیاد رکھی اور یورینیم افزودگی کے عمل میں اہم پیش رفت کی۔ ان کی قیادت اور مسلسل محنت کے نتیجے میں پاکستان نے دفاعی میدان میں ایک بڑی کامیابی حاصل کی۔
28 مئی 1998 کو چاغی میں ہونے والے ایٹمی تجربات نے پاکستان کو دنیا کی ایٹمی طاقتوں کی صف میں لا کھڑا کیا، جس میں ڈاکٹر عبدالقدیر خان کی خدمات مرکزی حیثیت رکھتی ہیں۔
ان کی قومی خدمات کے اعتراف میں انہیں متعدد اعزازات سے نوازا گیا، جن میں نشانِ امتیاز بھی شامل ہے۔ وہ نہ صرف ایک مایہ ناز سائنس دان تھے بلکہ ایک سچے محبِ وطن کے طور پر بھی جانے جاتے ہیں۔
ڈاکٹر عبدالقدیر خان 10 اکتوبر 2021 کو اسلام آباد میں انتقال کر گئے۔ ان کی وفات پر ملک بھر میں گہرے دکھ کا اظہار کیا گیا اور انہیں ایک قومی ہیرو کے طور پر یاد کیا گیا۔
ڈاکٹر عبدالقدیر خان کی خدمات پاکستان کی تاریخ کا روشن باب ہیں، اور ان کا کردار آنے والی نسلوں کے لیے ہمیشہ مشعلِ راہ رہے گا۔

ہاتھوں پر مہندی لگانے سے پہلے ہمیشہ جلد پر چھوٹا سا پیچ ٹیسٹ (Patch Test) ضرور کریں۔

کچھ کیمیکل والی مہندی شدید الرجک ردِعمل کا سبب بن سکتی ہے۔ اس ردِعمل کی وجہ سے انگلیوں اور ہاتھوں میں خون کی فراہمی کم ہو سکتی ہے جس سے آکسیجن کی کمی کے باعث جلد سیاہ پڑ سکتی ہے۔ شدید صورتوں میں یہ سیاہ رنگ ٹشو کے نقصان یا شاک کی علامت ہو سکتا ہے اور آخری علاج کے طور پر متاثرہ حصے کی سرجری کے ذریعے کٹائی (Amputation) بھی کرنا پڑ سکتی ہے۔

*👶 بچوں کے لیے خصوصی احتیاط:*
بچوں کی جلد زیادہ حساس ہوتی ہے، اس لیے والدین کو چاہیے کہ نامعلوم یا کیمیکل والی مہندی استعمال کرنے سے گریز کریں۔
*✅ حفاظتی مشورہ:*
پہلے جلد پر چھوٹی مقدار لگا کر ٹیسٹ کریں اور ردِعمل دیکھنے کے بعد ہی مکمل مہندی لگائیں۔
محفوظ رہیں۔ احتیاط علاج سے بہتر ہے۔
