Meet The Team - EP.02 The Line (Our Kitchen Production Team)

Next up are the people behind the food. Behind every Ballistic burger is a kitchen, and behind the kitchen is a team turning ingredients into the experience you taste.

Meet The Line, our Kitchen Production team. 4 people across head chef duties, grill, fries station, and kitchen maintenance.

Roger - Head Chef
A founding member and our longest-serving teammate. Background in bakeries. He oversees kitchen operations and has been an anchor of the business from the very beginning. He is the mind behind our signature bun and built the processes that keep our food consistent shift after shift. The keeper of the spirit on the team. Every new chef who joins us learns the Ballistic DNA through him.

Daniel - Chef de Partie, Grill
3 years with us. Background as a line chef in restaurants before he came to Ballistic. He has taken one of the most critical parts of our process, prep and the grill, and made it his craft. The reason our patties stay juicy and flavorful, day after day. Quiet about it. Excellent at it.

Elysée - Chef de Partie, Fries Station
One of our longer-serving teammates and a dynamic member of the kitchen. He has mastered the entire production process, from veggies to sauces to meat prep to maintenance to assembly. Pivotal because of his versatility. When something needs to be picked up, he is already on it. Dependable in a way that is hard to teach.

Jean D'Amour - Kitchen Cleaning and Maintenance
Our newest team member and already elevating the standard. He keeps our hygiene tight across the workflow, our equipment in shape, and runs preventive pest control across our production spaces. Quiet work. Important work. The kind of work you only notice when it is missing.

That is The Line. 4 people making sure that what leaves our kitchen is worth every bite. From the first prep to the final plate.

Meet The Team - EP.01 Mission Control (The Ops Team)

We want to put faces to the work at Ballistic Burgers.

Behind every order that goes out is a team making sure everything runs smoothly on the inside. Meet Mission Control, our Operations team. 5 people across customer experience, supplier relations, stock management, and business operations.

Belise - Business Operations Manager
5 years with us, 4 different roles. She came in through customer experience, moved through accounting, and now manages our entire business operations. Along the way she built the financial and compliance systems the business still runs on. Background in business and marketing. She thinks about the big picture and knows how everything connects.

Kevine - Customer Experience
Background in tourism and a natural instinct for understanding what people need. She challenges how we do things, brings new ideas, and is growing into a voice in how Ballistic Burgers communicates with different audiences.

Rene - Supplier Relations
One of our longest-serving team members. He manages our supplier relationships and makes sure ingredients are consistently available, fresh, and up to standard. Background in business and finance. Not always the most visible, but one of the most important.

Amisa - Stock Manager and Junior Accountant
Our youngest team member. She tracks stock, holds suppliers accountable on quality, keeps our financial records current, and bridges production and sourcing every day. Background in accounting. Growing fast and we are invested in that growth.

Sandra - Customer Experience
Travel and tourism background with real fast food experience. She brings genuine care to every interaction, pays attention to the details, and speaks up when something needs to improve. That kind of ownership is not common and we value it.

That is the Ops team.

Five people making sure that when you place an order, everything on our end is sorted. From the first message to the burger at your door.
