Unfortunately, there won’t be a new video today. We ran into some technical issues that delayed the upload we had planned for this week. I usually try to stay a week or two ahead to avoid situations like this, but we recently had to scrap an entire filming session because what we were testing just didn’t work.

Regardless, I’m sorry we’re missing this week. Your regularly scheduled pain science will return next Sunday!
