I'm sincerely sorry guys, I pivoted last night to making an episode of AirPower about the New Jersey drone sightings, but I wasn't able to get it finished and have to leave my office for some family reasons.

I will have this video up as soon as possible — hopefully, tomorrow morning. And we've already got two more episodes in the works about new air-to-air missile technology and an SR-71-based bomber proposal that almost went into production!

As a lot of you guys already know, I've been dealing with some medical issues lately that have compromised my ability to see out of my left eye.

I'm heading in for another surgery tomorrow morning, and with any luck, I'll be reading responses to this post with TWO WORKING EYES in just a few more days.

This may slow down my video output, but I promise, I'll be back as soon as I'm able.

Hey guys, Alex Hollings here — I just wanted to let you know that I won't be uploading a video this afternoon. I've been having vision problems for a few months and ended up going in for a bit of surprise surgery yesterday afternoon. I'm totally fine and the surgery went great, but I wasn't able to get any editing done last night.

If you're interested in doing some reading, I published this story yesterday morning with a list of the new tech and capabilities *I* would build a new air superiority fighter around, and I was able to include some incredible original images from an artist named Rodrigo Avella. This story will end up the basis for a video in the not-too-distant future!
