I just grabbed a pair of scissors yesterday and cut all the ends of my hair like it was nothing. Me cutting the weak ends of my hair with no hesitation is symbolic of how QUICKLY and CONFIDENTLY I’m willing to cut off what serves no purpose.

If you work for them they’ll never promote based on work ethic, they promote based on likability and relatability. Metrics used for children on the playground.
They turn a blind eye for women they like. You are subjective and everyone sees and knows it.
