AI learning series!

Hey folks,

I’m planning to start a practical AI learning series for our community focused on understanding how modern AI actually works and how people are building with it today.

This won’t be a super academic or overly technical course. The goal is to make AI concepts approachable, practical, and useful for developers, founders, students, creators, and curious builders.
Some of the areas I’m planning to cover across the series:

LLMs and transformers
Prompt engineering
AI memory and RAG
Context engineering
Software development with AI
AI-native workflows and tooling

This will be a 3-part series from my side that runs every Friday:
Class 1: LLMs and Prompt Engineering
Class 2: AI memory, RAG, and Context Engineering
Class 3: Software Development in AI era

I think there’s a huge gap right now between using AI tools casually and actually understanding how AI systems work under the hood and how to build effectively with them. Hoping to help bridge that gap a little.

If you want to attend this boot camp, you can join here.

just upgraded to openclaw 3.8 this morning

immediately turned on brave search llm context mode.

my ai agent scrapes reddit, hacker news, and brave every day at 6am to write video scripts

now instead of raw links it gets actual extracted page content for grounding

better research = better scripts.

also set up automatic weekly backups because losing 10 cron jobs worth of config would be painful lol

this is what running ai agents in production actually looks like

I have 7 Openclaw agents managing my entire business workflow 24/7.

I have a complete Mission Control dashboard built out where I can track:
- Analytics
- emails
- Text messages

I go through a lot of the details of what's going on with Openclaw in this latest video.

Openclaw 3.2 update is insane here is why:

I was paying $500/month for AI APIs.

Now I run everything locally on my Mac Mini.

Same results.
Zero monthly cost.

I spent the last 48 hours building a full AI operating system around my business using OpenClaw.

Not a chatbot. A team.

I run a 7-figure Whatnot business. Married. 4 kids. I’m scaling out of live selling to go all-in on teaching AI.

So we built The Council: Atlas, Scout, Strategist, Herald, Claude, Bob, Greg, Solomon, and Creep.

They handle news, planning, content, editing, system health, and overnight intelligence while I stay focused on high-leverage work.

Workflow now: Film once → Bob creates clips → Herald/Claude draft copy → approve in Mission Control → publish everywhere.

This is the future: not one AI chatbot, but a coordinated AI team with human approval in the loop.

If you're in the AI space, you need to dream big because there are opportunities everywhere but they won't be there for long.

Good opportunities only look good in hindsight. What I'm doing is trying to develop skills within the AI space as fast as possible, apply what I've learned, then iterate.

My first goal is to automate as much of my businesses as possible with the use of OpenClaw.

This is going to help me buy back a lot of my time to focus on other projects.

I interviewed @thepaulwakim and @BretJutras
who are doing the same with OpenClaw - https://youtu.be/8KgEhl8Zwj4

I bought a Mac Mini to run Clawdbot. I am super fired up to share the learning process and tutorials with you guys. I am going to be creating my own AI assistant to manage my other businesses. I will be providing walkthroughs and setup processes.

We will be back next week with more content. If all goes well, I will order a Mac Studio and run my own models locally.

Sharing my workflow for shipping your app quickly.

I've been able to launch three apps in the last three months using the Starter Kit and this other website for ideation.

I'll be releasing a video every day for the rest of this month, documenting what I'm building, how I'm marketing it, and how I'm planning on making money with these apps. Here is the latest video.

More than three months ago, I didn't even know what vibe coding meant.

Fast-forward three months later, and I built three AI startups:

One is producing monthly recurring revenue
Two others are in the distribution phase

I decided to make a quick video talking a little bit about my journey, the process of getting started, and the lessons I've learned through this vibe coding journey.
