Celebrating the final season of the Wu-Tang: An American Saga on Hulu with this nod to those bringing something new and different.
With Gro Up, I can certainly identify with doing something that isn't shiny and polished but grimey and gritty, with something that challenges the status quo, with something that is questioned and misunderstood, with something that isn't chasing mass appeal but representing the people who know what's up.
Much love to my underground few who get what I'm serving up and showing me love.
If you are a Wu fan, you must check out the Wu Sage on Hulu.

Everyone wants to be heard.
Social media experts tell us to post often to feed the algorithm and get social traction. Continuous creation and sharing and speaking to the world is the way to get noticed.
However I haven’t created or posted any new content in the last month. For many months now, I’ve been taking various courses related to leadership to expand my knowledge. In this last month, I’ve decided to focus on listening, processing, and reflecting to learn.
Leadership and personal development research indicates the importance of listening. To really listen you first need to stop talking.
I’ve recently completed specializations in Human Resources Management from the University of Minnesota and Strategic Leadership from Dartmouth College, along with course certificates in Employment Contracts from University of Pennsylvania and Instructional Design from University of Illinois. I still have several other courses on various topics I’m working through. I’m excited to share what I’ve learned in my content but first I needed to take time to listen.
I do appreciate everyone’s content, updates, and posts but I recommend you take some time every now and then to simply shut up and listen.
