Going to Italy forced me to slow down.

Everything there moves differently. It’s slower, more relaxed without rushing.

At first, it seemed ideal but in reality… I got bored.

I wasn’t training properly or working much. There was no real target to chase. It felt like life was on pause.

That’s how it reinforced I actually love what I do.

Not just the outcome but the process, the routine and the constant push to get better.

I always thought I worked hard because I had to which is half true.

I do it because I want to.

Because without it, something feels off.

Italy was a good reminder
