Thank you for watching "The Heart of Our Generation"! There are a few things I got left to do regarding this animation.
First, I want to release a JP audio + textless version, cuz i figured some people would be interested in that. It will be an unlisted video and added to the description.
Fun fact! The audio is in EN for two reasons. The story I wanted to tell was based on the lyrics I read from Kocchi no Kento-san, so I figured the best way to convey it was through the EN version! It was also cool to basically have members of the HoloEN branch represented by a song that started in Japanese but found a new life in English (much like Hololive itself)
Second, I'm going to be releasing a Short adapting the main chorus of the animation. I will be thankful for the support you can give it when it releases!
Third, I also wanted to know if there are any specific frames or moments of the animation that you all would want as a wallpaper. I will give some of those in a follow-up post!
And finally fourth, I want to do a celebratory illustration for a milestone! Currently I don't know how far the video will go, but I will be cooking a fun illustration as a thanks for everyone who watched the animation!
There's quite a few things I want to say but if you could just answer the question above, it would help a lot. Thank you!

So, I was thinking about the upcoming 2nd Animation Anniversary of the channel (September 20th) and the animations I've done this year so far. Truth is, I'm not satisfied.
I feel like this year was supposed to be a year to apply all I've learned last year, but I feel washed up and that I will live as "The Guy who Made FUWAMOCO Crazy Frog and HoloEN's All My Fellas". I had hoped that my DONMAI Chorus Animation would have been my next "big thing", but unfortunately it didn't connect too much with people.
So the truth is that I've been toying around the idea of making a full MV, but the fear of it failing has gotten me unable to actually commit to any of the ideas I have. What hololive talent should be featured? What would be the best song? Should it be something more peppy and fun or a more introspective and meaningful experience?
These are all questions that I've been thinking about this hypotetical MV and truth is, I have no answer for them yet.
I always strive to innovate my approach for each video I make, so committing to a new project is much harder as it's a huge time commitment I take and if it fails, then it crushes me deeply. The release of the latest animation (Mococo's Pup Talk) does feel like a bit of a wake up call, as I commited quite a bit of time to an idea that doesn't feel as strong as others I have (though I'm hugely appreciative that a lot of people have felt intense emotions and encouragement out of that video, thank you).
So the final truth is that I need your help to make a video that not only feels "meuol" but also feels "you". I fear I've neglected my audience in fear of what they might think, but you are the only ones who know what part of my art works for the internet metropolis.
So I hope... No, I will have an MV ready before September 20th for all of you to enjoy. If not, then you can consider me washed up.
Channel might be a bit silent til then! I will be working on Dokibites for Dokibird in the meantime (so check her channel!), and I have a sponsored animation lined up as well for this channel (exciting!) so I hope you understand that this animation business is also my real life job... sorry! Perhaps a small animation like "secret money" or "mogogo gambling" will be popping up, but no promises.
