Ben and Kay’s goal was, and is, to fully develop balanced world-class Christians wherever they find themselves in the marketplace. This was achieved by leading and coaching them through a process called the Firm Development Academy that produces people of good character and conduct.

To so many of us, you are the gentle hand that steadies the trembling shoulder, the voice that feels like coming home. You have a mother’s heart, a space that never seems to run out of room, where burdens are shared and souls are quietly mended over cups of tea and prayers whispered with heaven’s own familiarity.
But there is also that rare light you carry. The prophetic insight that isn’t a loud announcement, but a quiet unveiling. It’s the word that finds you in the crowd, precise and timely, that singles out the doubt and replaces it with destiny. You see the blueprint in the rubble, the harvest in the barren field, and you call it forth with a conviction that makes our own hearts believe.
Yet, what truly sets you apart is the golden thread that runs through it all: a heart of pure gold that doesn’t just wish for our success, but rolls up its sleeves and builds the path alongside us. You care for the dream in us we’ve almost forgotten, and you water it until it remembers how to grow.
So today, we simply say thank you. Thank you for being our compass, our comfort, and our cheerleader. May this new chapter of your life be filled with the same profound peace you so freely give, the same startling joy you spark in others, and a fresh, overwhelming outpouring of every blessing you’ve sown into the world.
