Hello friends π. yesterday We had a control call π€ with the bunnies specialist . They said if the Eyes are good no need farther eyedrops . We still have some antibiotics to give and I have to clean his nasal again until he recovers and coffin syrup I give him Twice a day.
So far is still breathing with sounds we are not done yet.
The vet said if it's goes worse we must go back for another research.
I still clean his eyes too.

Hello everyone π€,
I was really all day far away at the bunnies specialist in another city about almost 200 km away. I just arrived home with Nonnie It has been a long day for all of us.
Thank you all for prayers π π π π π
So Nonnie has gone through Anastasia and thank God ππ₯°π₯°π₯°π₯° he is back β€οΈ Nonnie is strong π Brave πͺ boy.
I'm happy to tell you all hi is doing good. The Vets was the best ever.... really a perfect Bun Specialist everβ€οΈ
All the other vets didn't and couldn't help us..
Here is what the specialist found out looking inside Nonnie. And of course the Eyes too .
Noonie had a thorough check-up because of his eye problems, nasal noises, and difficulty walking.
Main Findings
The fur on the left side of his face was severely matted, with some pus coming from his tear duct. The matted hair was shaved off, revealing irritated skin. His tear duct was flushed and is open.
Inside his airway, the vet saw mucus in the larynx and a large amount of pus in his trachea.
Skull X-rays showed no problems with the teeth, tooth roots, or nasal passages.
Chest X-rays showed slight changes in the lungs, not clearly pneumonia, but because pus was seen in the trachea, an infection is very likely.
His front legs turn outward, and he struggles to walk because he slides on smooth surfaces. His bones and joints look normal on X-ray.
Conclusion
Noonie likely has a respiratory infection, causing mucus and pus in his trachea.
His skin irritation is due to the severely matted fur.
His gait problems are mechanical (slipping), not due to bone or joint disease.
Treatment Plan
-Co-trimoxazole antibiotic for 4 weeks. -Metacam (pain/anti-inflammatory) for 2 weeks.
-Dexamethasone eye drops twice daily for 2 weeks.
-Zinc ointment or Sudocrem on irritated skin.
-Bromhexine to help loosen mucus.
-If he stops eating well or passes fewer droppings: gut-motility meds + assisted feeding.
-Encourage weight loss to 2.5 kg.

Hay is too important for bunnies 24/7 must be available.π°π°β€οΈβ€οΈ
There are different kinds of Hay:
Timothy Hay
Ideal for adult rabbits
High fiber, good for digestion and dental health
Orchard Grass
Softer texture, good for picky eaters or those sensitive to dust
Similar nutrition to timothy
Mixed grasses and plants
Encourages natural foraging behavior
If Your Rabbit Needs Higher Calories
β’ Alfalfa Hay (use sparingly!)
Best for babies under 6 months, pregnant/nursing does, or underweight rabbits
