Meditation & breathwork is important. It's changed countless lives and it's changed mine. As your awareness improves and you become more present, you start to notice many important things about presence and joy and start to uncover useful insights about yourself and your emotions, how you react to things and what you can do to change and improve. I've started this channel to help people get into meditation and I hope I can give you value in some small way.

I do not claim to be an expert, nor have I trained as a monk. Meditation is just now such an integral part of my life and wellbeing and I wish to create guided videos in a way that I feel will best serve people with my knowledge of music, and share methods that have helped me.

Feeling Healing

Hey! I really appreciate all 4200 of you. I don't have access to my microphone for a few weeks so during this time I will be getting out lots of meditation music and meditation timer videos. I have been creating a variety of immersive and interesting breathwork music & sessions that I can't wait to share when i'm back. You can expect combinations of alkaline breathing, breath of fire, alternate nostril breathing, box breathing and many more pranayamas and meditations.
