Do your ribs flare forward? Does your lower back arch away from the wall when you stand against it? Do you tend to tuck under?


Your posture patterns create core or take it away.

Most people have been told to stand up straight, pull their shoulders back, tuck their tailbone. But all of these cues diminish your True Core.

Your low back is tight for a reason. And stretching won't help.

Rib flare isn't a posture problem. It's a core problem.

When your upper core is weak or offline, your ribs drift forward and up β€” and the pressure system of your core loses its container. Like a lid popping off the top.
