Why the long drive this week? The Goose!
We got a puppy in late January. He's a Border Collie mix, 15 weeks, and needs LOTS of attention.
Any time I do something new - train a dog, pick a sport, or refresh my Spanish - I appreciate how yoga has trained me to be in the process of practice.

Bad Information: Eat less, exercise more.
