Quick update: when I woke up this morning, my latest video had somehow been auto-dubbed with an American accent. It appears YouTube automatically generated a dubbed audio track, likely because the video included a German clip and the system assumed it needed to translate it.

Everything has now been fixed and the video is back to normal.
