To all the 70 people who were watching my Dekho India Series.
I am having to stop posting the daily vlogs. The reason is - I feel my channel has built an audience that is solely about trekking. Hence my videos about city explorations were not picking up.
As grateful as I am for the 70 - 90 people still watching my videos, getting that view count after a day's hard work really feels depressing. And it really affects my travel and content creation.
So right now, I am working on my content creation. trying to shoot the best videos with a great story. after I am done with my journey - I will start posting the videos.. so that the low view count doesn't affect my future videos.
I am still going to post a few cinematic cultural clips on a different channel - so that the low view count doesn't affect this channel's performance. I will be really grateful if you join me there.
Gaumukh Tapovan Trek is one of the most Sacred Yatra in our Country.
I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to go on this expedition and witness the Gaumukh Glacier very closely.
Tomorrow, November 8th, 2024, at 2:00 PM, I will upload the video of my Gaumukh Tapovan Expedition.
I hope my Journey will encourage you to go on this trek yourself in the next season.
Most of us are comfortable with Whatsapp - so we can have that platform for a quick chat. But to join our proper Trekking Community - consider joining Discord.
I know, I know - Most of us don't know Discord - and it is a lazy task to install and onboard a new platform. But trust me, if this COMMUNITY becomes even 10% of what I aspire it to be, it will be AMAZING!!
It will be a place for those who are crazy about trekking and mountains. Those who are living a corporate life in the city cubicles - but they are always dreaming about mountains. For those, who are looking for like-minded people to share their passion and enthusiasm.

I have called this Community - "Crazy About Trekking" - and the name suggests our thing for trekking. I was looking for something that could define us, and this name made the most sense.
It is a place where we can connect,
Share our trek experiences,
And even make plans with each other!

As some might know - I made a WhatsApp community a few days back (As most of you guys voted for WhatsApp as a community platform)
It got 13 members in 2 days, and I am really thankful to all of them for showing trust & support.
But, I don't think WhatsApp is working out.
The biggest reason is - when a new member joins - they cannot see the previous messages in the chat. So, even if the group is full of experiences and photos, for a new member - it will be empty.
Also, not everyone is comfortable sharing their phone numbers.
So, For these reasons, I am working on making a DISCORD server and transferring the community there.
I know, for most of us DISCORD can be a new thing - not familiar, but I am trying my best to give you all an equally worthwhile experience when you join the community.
Will share the joining link very soon.
