For those with PTSD how long after the trauma did you start to develop PTSD. I went through an experience in December 2018 & started having PTSD from the incident randomly in January 2020. Ever since January 2020 I have had flashbacks all throughout the day everyday. Constant feelings of shame & embarrassment. Have anxiety & depression. I can't sleep through out the night. Was anyone like me & didn't start dealing with trauma from a situation until later on? At this moment I'm in weekly therapy & on Lexapro. But don't feel any better.
