A few weeks ago, I attended the Wicked premiere in Singapore (yes, I left Tokyo for a hot minute 😅). This isn't my usual theme park content, but I wanted to share what it's like to attend a major movie premiere at Universal Studios Singapore in Asia.

I’m celebrating 12 years of living in Japan. Little did I know that when I got on the plane over a decade ago that my life would change for the better.

The plan was only to stay for one year on a Working Holiday Visa working as a web developer to make money.

Now, I’m a full fledged business owner in Japan who has a wonderful team creating guidebooks, YouTube videos, and more becoming the go to source for theme park travel in Japan and other places in Asia!

It’s been a wild ride and I don’t plan to stop any time soon. I’m so grateful to be able to do this and can’t thank you wonderful Explorers enough for all the support you’ve shown over the years.

To celebrate I had an Unbirthday Cake at the Queen of Hearts Banquet Hall in Tokyo Disneyland followed by Princess Peach Cake at Super Nintendo World in Universal Studios Japan. Did I eat the entirety of both cakes?

Naturally.

Here’s to another decade!
