I'm Jerad Hill, a Husband, Father of 4, Entrepreneur (Since 2000), YouTuber, Photographer, and Pilot. Follow along as I share my technological journey through stories, opinions, and reviews.

I have enjoyed sharing my love of Tech with others since I was a child. I’m a digital marketer, husband, father, and pilot living in Northwestern Montana.

In 2008, I started a podcast called The iPhone App Podcast, reviewing iPhone Apps. I changed the name to Daily App Show and expanded to Android reviews as well. A few years later, State of Tech was born out of a desire to discuss a broader range of tech and how we use it in our lives. Fast forward a decade, and I’ve decided to rebrand this channel to my own name. I share my tech journey and experiences here, which makes more sense to be my name.

State of Tech Announcement!

Hey all, I have decided to rename this channel to my name. This channel has really been about my tech journey and experiences, and not a representation of the actual “state of tech”. While a cool name, I never ended up making this channel about tech news which is what I wanted to do when I started the channel. I found it more interesting to share my experiences with different emerging technologies. Moving forward, I am going to get back to that even more so. I will make a video about this soon, but have been a bit busy with life and the school activities of my four kids. Wishing the best for you. See you soon in the next video.
