Been a wild ride the last 4 weeks with being in and out of hospital
Had a lot of time to think bros, sitting confined to a bed or chair
That time really makes you reflect on what matters and what doesn’t
I feel my purpose in life is this right here bros, this page, this community and providing real, tangible value to each and every single one of you

I’ve been working on something exciting for the last 2 months. We are doing a fitness transformation challenge!🫡❤️

But we are stepping it up a notch too. We decided to add a 14 day mental health blueprint to level you up so that you can stay as consistent as possible. This is to reach your goals even after the challenge is over with🤝

We’ve put a ton of effort into this and we will be going live on the 1st of march! We’re hoping for some even crazier transformations than these 🫡
