Well My point is...

“She remembered who she was, and the game changed”

This is a space for women who are letting go of fear. fear of starting over, fear of making difficult decisions, fear of choosing themselves, and fear of letting go of what no longer serves them.

For women learning to be intentional about their choices, their lives, and the people they allow into them.

Women learning to choose themselves, love themselves, be kind to themselves, and become the women they were always meant to be.

Welcome home ❤️.

Well My point is...

“If you’re still talking about decentering men, you haven’t decentered men.”

I’ve seen people say this, and honestly, I think it misunderstands what decentering men actually means.

You can remove men from your physical life and still have your decisions heavily influenced by men.

What you wear.
What you consider attractive.
The body you want.
The beauty standards you follow.
The desire to be perceived as desirable.
The validation you get from male attention.

So maybe the question isn't simply, “Are there men in your life?”

Maybe it's:

“How many of the decisions I make are actually for me?”

Because decentering men is deeper than being single, not dating, or refusing relationships. It's about examining the role that male approval plays in your life—even when you don't consciously realize it's there.

I unpack this conversation in my newest video, and I'd genuinely love to know what you think.
