The ADHD CEO: Alyece Smith l Socially Ausome™

ADHD business advice for entrepreneurs who are tired of forcing their brains to work like everyone else’s.

I’m Alyece Smith, TEDx speaker, author, ADHD coach, entrepreneur, and founder of Socially Ausome™.

I help ADHD entrepreneurs build businesses and create systems that work with their brains. Here we talk about ADHD and entrepreneurship, executive dysfunction, time blindness, burnout, productivity, business systems, social media marketing, content creation, and life with a neurodivergent brain.

I’m the author of FLOW-First Thinking™, my framework for building success around the brain you actually have, and What Now, Mama?, written for autism families navigating life after diagnosis.

This might be one of my favorite reviews of FLOW FIRST THINKING. 🥹

Not just because she loved the book.

She’s now taking what she learned and speaking to a room full of professionals about ADHD + executive function.

That’s the goal.

I don’t want people reading this book and walking away thinking, “I need to try harder.”

I want them asking:

“Why am I forcing my brain to work this way in the first place?”

Then changing the system.

If you’ve read FLOW FIRST THINKING, what idea from the book stuck with you most?

England just gave America an ADHD warning. 🇬🇧

NHS leaders are warning that rising ADHD and autism healthcare costs are becoming unsustainable.

But here's the question I keep coming back to:

Where is America ALREADY paying the hidden cost of untreated or late-diagnosed ADHD?

🔘 Workplaces + lost productivity
🔘 Healthcare + mental health
🔘 Schools + education
🔘 Families + personal finances

Vote 🗳️

Then tell me WHY you picked your answer in the comments.

I have a feeling the real answer is going to be: all of the above. 👀
