Hi guys! I would just like to say a big THANK YOU! You have helped me achieve my goal this year already of 10,000 subscribers! I’m honestly so overwhelmed, grateful and appreciative!! I remember asking my sister 2 years ago when I first started uploading videos to subscribe as I had 0 🤣🤣 and now this 🥹🥹

With more of you guys to help, I would love to be able to have more time to give more guidance and upload more videos for you. My dream is to work 50/50 on YouTube and my business. I would love to be able to speak personally to everyone who messages and comments. To do this I will have to create extra time in my day to do so. Right guys,
I’ve been thinking about whether to post this or not, but yesterday, I’m not going to lie was a punch in the face when I received the most nasty comment I’ve ever received. I don’t normally let critical comments get into my head as they can be helpful to us all and as this is a channel to help, learn and grow together, even though the comments may be rude, it’s up for interpretation as we are all creative at the end of the day and have our own thoughts and skills.
I made this channel so it’s a safe space for everyone to come and learn for free as I would have loved this when I was beginning or would just like to ask a question freely without thinking I’m bothering anyone.
Unfortunately, I now seem to have a few “very experienced” florists who have taken it upon themselves to come to this channel to patronise, belittle and purposely leave negativity on my videos. Yesterday was particularly bad, I had a comment to make sure I knew that this florist had been in the business 32 years so his opinion was better than mine and everyone else’s (wrong). I do not tolerate these kind of comments that are not helpful in any way, shape or form.
I would just like to remind any “experienced” florists that everyone has their own style and way of working. There is no right or wrong way to enjoy floristry and art. I don’t go by the book and rules of floristry as you will be creatively constipated and have to compete on price only. I have build a 6 figure business with my style. Just because you have decades of experience doesn’t make you better than a florist with one year. I’m not going to stop making videos just because you told me to.
Finally, why are you watching my videos that are specifically targeted at beginner florists and judging them? If you think you’re bigger and better, how do you have the time and energy to do this and why are you not making videos yourself if we are missing out on such talent…
Anyway I digress. I hope all my lovely, loyal subscribers and watchers the best in their journey and I will continue to provide you with my videos and help you along your journey and keep up helping you all.
