Hello, I am TheCoasterRailfan5005, local around Oceanside in the County of San Diego and mainly Railfan the San Diego and Orange County Subdivisions, I catch Amtrak, Metrolink, BNSF, Sprinter, UP, and of course, Coaster and more. I will also post me running on my model train layout. I started railfanning around September 2023 and still railfan to present time and I don't railfan just for YouTube, I railfan because I love the hobby and trains in general and because I love to hang with my friends. Hey guys,
I’m going to be real for a sec here. 2025 has been such a good year but a bad one too. But I’ve learned a lot from this year too and the most valuable thing I’ve learned is in the end, the result is based on what you think about it. In other words, if you do something, maybe you don’t like how it happened or how you did it, give yourself some leeway and think positively instead of all negative. That way you’ll learn from it instead of tearing yourself apart. But, on a more happier note, 2025 was probably my best year railfanning wise yet. So much cool stuff ran this year, my first railfest, etc. so, to look back at all that stuff I’ll try my best to get a “best catches of 2025” video out by New Year’s Eve. Thanks for keeping your support present even when my schedule gets messed up and 2026 will start a new chapter for this channel.

Freight: Mostly autoracks, and some hoppers and ethanol cars.
Additional Notes: 5869 could possibly go out on Monday, depending on whether any northbound freight is run this weekend
