Healthy Green Hummus when you want to snack while meeting your weight loss goals !
Ingredients :
2 cups boiled chickpeas
Half ripe avocado
Virgin olive oil 1/3 cup
Some green olives (optional)
Chopped spring onions ( 1/2 cup)
2 cloves of garlic
Handful basil leaves ( tulsi)
Handful mint leaves ( pudina)
Handful coriander leaves ( dhaniya)
Juice of 2 lemons
1/2 cup icy cool water

Method - blend the above together in a smooth paste. Garnish with some olives and drizzle of olive oil. Extremely healthy protein snack.
