In the time of great chaos and you're just a normal person, looking for leaders like Cao Cao, not Yuan Shao.
Maybe Sun Quan, but not Liu Bei.
The familiarities between Cao Cao and Sun Quan are the ability to discern situations, decisive, and can use the right people for the right jobs.
Yuan Shao and Liu Bei got the same problem, which is they favoring their family members too much. Without Zhuge Liang, Liu Bei would be nothing. Yuan Shao would be a great general if he got Cao Cao as his leader, unfortunately he's not cut out to be a decent leader himself.

Of course everyone has their own flaws. Cao Cao is the most obvious one there.
But Sun Quan is less known. The problem with Sun Quan was the lack of trust in his subordinates in more serious sense than Cao Cao. Also the fact that great people from Wu died too early compared to Wei and Shu dealt heavy blow to them.

If you want to raise the flag, raise for the genuine great cause. Corrupted warlords in 3K era died tragically because of their greedy nature and incompetence.
Cao Cao was actually represented the conservative way, that's why people easily drawn to him.
Liu Bei was represented the rebel way, that's why the common people supported him.
Sun Quan was represented the established clan, that's why the people stay loyal to him.

There could be better words to describe these great leaders, but in general sense you could take it this way.
Why Cao Cao was conservative ?
Because he didn't care much about ideal and only focus on his growing authority. The conservative always trying to keep things in their beneficial situations. Like if polices benefit from gangwar, then they wouldn't want the gangwar to end. Just the same as Cao Cao. Chaos gave him the success he needed in life.

Liu Bei tried to fight for the declined Han dynasty, hence the rebel way.
Taking it as he's the real Han lineage, it's the right thing to do.
But it could be he's an opportunist grifter which took the position of the real one whom "mysteriously disappeared", but this is something which we can't confirm even if we want to.
He got the heart of people because of the resentment toward the authoritative figures which Cao Cao assumed the position.
But who would be able to deal with such resentment ?
Nobody.
The problems were too big to deal with by just a few people. But Liu Bei gave those people hope.
The beacon of hope in the midst of chaos, it's the way of rebel.

Sun clan was a great clan with dedicated loyal subjects.
The clan in this era was started by Sun Jian whom represented the old glory of Sun clan.
Then with Sun Jian fallen, the clan was declined.
Until Sun Ce reestablished the clan once more with more glory than ever.
Unfortunate events stuck and Sun Ce also fallen.
Left the clan in the young Sun Quan's hands with Lady Wu as the protector.
In movies, there weren't much information about Wu faction, but in reality this was the most prestigious faction of them all.

Now back to reality.

Who would want to follow the flag of the elites whom causing chaos ?
These elites are the same as corrupted warlords in 3K era, which will guaranteed to meet tragic ends since the resentment is high.

Then who would be Cao Cao ?
in fact I don't know.
Cao Cao before his rising was just another officer in the Han empire.
So maybe looking for someone with decent skills and visions.
Maybe the attitude and capabilities.
Someone whom obviously got skills and charisma to back up their visions, but obscured by the corrupted upper echelons.

What about Sun Quan ?
Maybe it's Sun Jian now, someone whom walk in glory.
Someone prestigious and honourable.
Someone whom not afraid of corrupted elites.
Who knows who this person is ?
But this person is the prime target once the war started.

Liu Bei ?
Despite warning about not following Liu Bei, but still want to. Be my guest then.
This person is likely someone whom forgotten by the society but somehow related to the current people in power.
This person will likely raising the flag to take back the old way.
Maybe the conservative of the capitalism.
Maybe someone whom stuck in the capitalistic dream of 80's
In the world waking up to the new order, you still fight for the old glory of capitalism.
The heart of people might be toward this person, since most people still think capitalism is good.

While these people are not representing all the potential candidates whom will raise the flags during the time of chaos, I still think these people will likely be the prominent factors in the time of chaos.

Don't like the options ?
Think about whom would survive during such a time.
Whom would take the least risk ?

It's the hidden scholars. These people seek solitude and only focus on the clarity of life.
Why let the chaos get to you when you can just walk away ?

I want to tell people whom like to say "to each their own".
You're irresponsible.
You're escaping your own responsibilities.
You're denying the fact that there are people whom disagreed with the way you are.

There are countless words that I could bring up to shame these people.
Humanity is coexisting in this space together.
We're equally responsible for the world, nature, and how we live.
But the damages, we can't blame the victims right ?
Just like how factories causing air pollution, you can't blame customers.
Because most of the time customers don't have a choice.
The alternatives are either too expensive, or even unavailable at all.

When your family members pointing out that you're spending too much on useless things,
It's mean they're worry about the monetary situation.
If you're acting like "to each their own", or even blatantly and proudly say it out loud.
You're just a narcissist.

We tend to blame elites, upper echelons, and large corporation for causing damages to the world.
But how we forgot that it's not only these people.
It's use consumers whom supporting these people to damaging the world.

Instead of "just try to make a living".
or "I have a family".
stop, excuses.

Think about it if you really want to make a living, why are you a slave to the corporation ?
Think about it if you really love your family, why are you contributing in making a worse society for your children ?

We're all shared the responsibilities.
Those whom knew the bad actors, like how I am, would find a way out.
We're working on alternate solutions.
We're reminding the people whom stuck in their delusions that you can't live the delusional life.

When enough blood spilled in this world, you'll understand the true nightmare.
For now you might think that you can just wait for things to get better.
There are people whom you contributed in murdering.

People are talking like the universe is going to have a total split.
It's been like this since eternity.
Even if you're stuck now, you won't suddenly become NPC.
It's just that you're not yet awaken.
You're stuck until you don't.
Free will is still there.
Nobody gonna take them from you.
The most they can do is to distract you from it.

I suspect that those whom talking as if everything will turn upside down, are just to induce FOMO in people so they come to "check in".
When you're already a master and seen beyond the veil, you won't buy such a shitty FOMO.

You won't miss the last train.
There will always be vehicles for you to choose.

I just know that the best thing to do for me right now is to focus on myself.
I can't change the world.
I can't change people.
I can't expect anyone to understand me.
I can't expect anyone to come and help me.
I can't just follow the herd.
It's just so simple as stop caring about the world.

It doesn't matter.

The only thing I can change is myself.
The only thing I have is myself.
The only thing I know is myself.

Say no more, idiots.

People said "to love your enemies even if they're killing you".
Some people think as literal sense.
But ever think if this is just a metaphor ?
To protect yourself is the first priority.
To protect your own energy is to protect yourself.
If someone trying to harm you, and you hate them for it,
The hatred will in turn harming you like a double edged sword.
Even if you can't love them,
Don't hate them.

Understand their perspectives, and allow yourself to be free.
Hatred only harm you, not them.
Crimes must be answered. But hatred is unnecessary.
It's irrelevant.
Judge someone if you must, but without hatred.

Sometimes you heard wisdom from stupid people.
They don't understand what is the essence of that wisdom.
The essence is 'you'.
All the wisdom is there to guide you on not harming yourself.
To protect what's matters most, yourself.

Heaven and hell doesn't matter.
Let them go, those people.
You live here, don't put your mind elsewhere.

Why allowed someone to lead ?
You have your own destination. Why follow others ?
