This channel is focusing on personal lifestyle and interests. So it'll be full blown random and have no real direction.
Dreaming Acacia is another alias other than DRAKOSEA.
This name is older and used for when I was a digital painter and novel author. While I also published some things under this name, I'm more focusing on game development which is under the name DRAKOSEA and Drakosea Games.

Dreaming Acacia

I hate productivity society.
people keep producing something thinking they're contributing to the society or at least trying to earn more survival income.
It's already obvious that the real world is full of trashes.
It's even more obvious that the digital world is drowning by trashes.
I'd rather have people living lazily, so everything we're creating will be meaningful.

When you're drowning, it's natural to find a log and hold onto it.
But how long would you hold onto the log ?
Do you think the log is a boat ?
Do you think it's a ship come to your salvation ?
When do you think you will be able to float by yourself ?
Can you even swim ?

Coming from me it's not literal.
Think about your life.
How long had you been clinging to some logs hoping for them to bring you to the land ?
Well who knows where is the land.
Who knows what is the land looks like.
Once someone had been there and come back to tell, do you believe them ?
Maybe someone want to feel special and lie to others that they've been there too.
Who can tell ?

Many people are inviting people to question everything.
But how much they already manipulate your thought to go into a certain direction ?
Maybe start thinking from the creation of the existence.
Maybe that's when you'll see the ultimate truth.

Do you want an answer from me ?
I'll tell you.
Everything is just there.
Something could happen.
Something could change.
Life is short.
Why bother ?

I just remembered that there was a course in university about critical thinking.
The theory is about reading carefully and wearing "hats" to think.

The thing is the mid-term exam had 2 parts.
I got perfect score on the first part, and 0 on the other.
After the exam, the professor revealed that "more than half of the students got 0 on the second part".
He reprimanded us for not reading carefully.
While I can't remember the content, it's like just a small misunderstanding led to completely different answer.

But I realized just now and want to ask him,
Did he ever think that it's his fault for using complicated words intentionally making confusing statement which lead more than half of the class failed to understand the point of the question ?

I mean I understand that critical thinking is important.
At that moment, I also thought it's my fault for being careless and didn't think carefully.
But I read the question at least 3 times, and it's the long ass paragraph just to ask for a simple thing to answer.
Thinking back, it's intentionally confusing and misleading.
If I have the current level of consciousness I'd notice this fact and report such a bullshit thing to the management.

I wouldn't bring this matter to write a post after so many years of this stupid mistake I made if I didn't notice the evilness in that professor after I was thinking back.
I won't get into too much detail, but the professor seems to be rather narcissistic person with the tendency to manipulate and being in control.
He loves obedient students whom following the strict rules and harshly reprimand those whom broke the rules. Sure it seems like a common thing, but it's the freaking university and the majority of professors don't talk about such stupid thing like missing classes or coming late.

In fact, other than the stupid 0 score exam, I didn't have any problem with the course itself. Even more, this course is on a more enjoyable one because of how seemingly easygoing the professor was.

But when thinking back, I was essentially brainwashed and just being a complete docile student.

It's hard to explain in words of how I feels the evilness in the kind-looking professor.

If I have to bring out some kind of explanation, then it'd be because this stupid course was intentionally misleading and manipulating students to think in a certain way instead of liberating the students from the lack of critical thinking.

It took me years before I realized what went wrong in this course and how much it affected me for the years after.
While it didn't succeed in manipulate me into a certain mindset, it's succeeded in undermined my self confidence and caused me to doubted my judgement and seek external validation.

Which in a sense is a success. Because the university would happily "install" the mindset of being a "drone" to the students.
By the way, the installation was successful. I became a complete drone for the university for 2 years.
But due to the lack of skills and the requirements in order to graduate, it's hinder me long enough by causing me immense stress.
Then I made a mistake of an official procedure of university internship program registration, which made me waste at least half an hour of traveling to the university. This is the trigger point which made me snapped and realized the reality.

Everything that education system tried to brainwashed me got purged in a flash. I decided to let go of everything and fight for my own future.
At that point, I just visit KFC on my way home and enjoy a meal. Of course afterward I spent my life in rather stressful in order to try secure my own future. I failed.

Even though I failed in life, at least I gained the most important thing, freedom.

This system designed to oppress us, and freedom is priceless.

Money is survival currency.
It's a life currency.
That's why it's not greedy if you want more money.

However after a certain amount of money enough for you to live your entire lifespan in luxuries.
It's matter not how much money you have.
It's how you spend the money.

Common people can only think about investing money to earn more money.
But how many people realize that you can invest for the future.
How much future the humanity have ?
What kind of society do our descendants will live ?

I for one don't want to live in the future whereas the majority of people become slaves.
Toxic work culture oppressing the freewill won't survive.
One day in the near future, the majority of businesses will cease to exist.
That's because the collective said "No".

I can't fix the others.
I don't even need to fix myself even if I can.
It doesn't matter.
The society decided to sent mixed messages to cause confusions.
Congratulations, it's a great success.
Now initiate the erasure of existence plan.

Human are stubborn.
No matter how high your IQ is.
It's just easier to notice in lower IQ people.
It's not the adaptation which made us survive so far.
It's the stubbornness.
If we're the adaptive type, we'd still living in wilderness.
It's because we're the stubborn type which would rather creating the environment we'd like to live than adapting to the circumstances.

Without noticing this fact, it'd be hard to grow.
The higher level required you to be both stubborn and flexible.
Hold virtues stubbornly while being flexible enough to discern good and evil.
Because sometimes it's the evil which won the fight and flip black and white.

In the capitalistic world, it's impossible that *everyone* can be rich.
The most we can do is to make sure that the bottom line is able to survive, and how much beyond the base line is depending on how generous the people at the top are.

The prosperous world is not about everyone being rich.
Rather it's about how well the bottom line is.
Let's say people can survive and grow without any problem.
Have decent leisure and have access to some luxuries.
I'd say that's the prosperity we should aim for.

Someone drowning in luxuries is essentially greedy and stingy.
Why do you need to have every luxurious things while so many people are still starving ?
It doesn't matter how much you made.
What's matters is what you do with those resources.
You're spending them to just drowned yourself in lavish lifestyle...well that's gonna hurt your soul.
Mediocrity is not about living a life without luxury.
But it's about having no competency.

If you're indulge in a vulgar lifestyle everyday, surely you'd become weak.
Without enriching your soul, you're slowly descending to hell.
The living hell doesn't need you to die.
It's the reality you're living everyday.
Excessive indulgence will lead you to that.

Don't get me wrong.
Good life doesn't mean having no indulgence.
It's mean to know the moderation and continued to enrich your soul.
You can always indulge yourself in vulgar lifestyle.
But what would you become when it's your daily life ?
You'd become a vulgar entity.
Indulgence in moderation can help nourish and even enrich your soul.
But excessive indulgence will transform you into it.

YT made it harder to report someone.
There are so many channels created to undermine the sovereignty of other countries. This is basically fueling the flame of war with propaganda and fake news.
YT let these people go easily unless they're against their own faction.
There is no impartiality in this platform.
