Victims News On Air is an extension of Victims News Online (VNO). Founded in 2012, VNO is the platform for telling the stories of the missing, murdered, exploited & abused, through the eyes of the victims' families & loved ones.
My favorite quote from yesterday's Sunday check-in is that other people's opinions of me are not my business.
You think I'm a state actor? OK. A plant? Whatever. The girls were never on the bridge? Think again. We believed the evidence too much? Naw, we know what we're doing. Discernment really exists. You're going to 'expose' us? Knock yourselves out.
OTHER PEOPLE'S OPINIONS also include every rumor, lie, conspiracy, joke, etc., etc., etc. -- everything they get wrong. EVERYTHING.
Let them be WRONG.
The ones getting it wrong are the most inaccurate at the conspiracy theories anyway.
My hope for everyone reading this: take the rumors about you, replace them above, and let them be WRONG about everything. And prove them wrong with your words, actions, and professionalism. :)
Our friend Michael Strauss has been auditing Flock data for Indiana, county by county, and Carroll County is today's focus! This cbc audit is part of a bigger project to determine statewide tracking that includes ISP (sorry, Jer-Ber!). Michael sent me these numbers last night, and asked that I hold off until his presentation was ready this morning - well, here it is!
Mullin sure has been a busy boy! But wait - there's more! Who the heck is Clint McLeland? :)
Data linked below to Michael's page, because it's his incredible work, and you really should follow him to see every county's breakdown! We saw LaPorte County's numbers yesterday, and they told one heck of a story!
His death in April freed me from the chains of terror, fear, self-doubt, and so much more. That's why I keep a picture of Graham, aka 'Ske', in his casket, on my office wall.
Often, I look at that photo, to remind myself that I survived the scariest of monsters -- and that no one else's words or actions will ever compare to the paralyzing fear he created in my life.
When you survive a madman, those left behind do not scare you nearly as much.
It's like when Manson died, and his followers tried to carry on his legacy. They may have received an 'A' for effort, but every subsequent tactic failed.
Real monsters aren't as frequent as the trolls would like you to believe. The moment they are minimized down to where they belong, the sooner some will find the confidence to report more aggressively on Delphi, and to ignore the rhetoric coming from their keyboards.
Every time I drop evidence, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that certain content creators are falsely and maliciously reporting bad information, I do expect people to stop following them.
While I understand people think they're doing the 'right thing' by listening to all sides, that's actually a line of baloney. It doesn't actually help the victims, as you claim. It hurts them tremendously.
Eventually, you have to have some self-respect, and demand more from those you claim to trust.
Creator: "They're losing their minds on Twitter today".
Me: "They tend to do that when we've hit a hot button in our reporting".
Creator: "They're throwing out all the old accusations about your house and the false arrest".
Me: "They tend to do that when the Delphi community starts questioning the validity of their 'facts'."
No worries, we have that covered.
The top photos are what we encountered upon entering the house, on the day I received the keys. Oh, the filth that man allowed his children to live in -- I will never understand as a parent or an animal parent -- how CPS allowed him to keep those kids even one more minute.
The third photo, that same room, two months' later, after thousands in renovations.
Ladies, your 'reporting chops' failed again. There are 100+ more pictures and videos that will be dropped at exactly the right time, to prove just how much you suck at your attempts to be 'investigative journalists'.
You two might want to go back to cheerleading & streetwalking; between the failure to vet 'sources' and their 'facts' -- and your consistent grifting efforts to pay for your vacations -- no one wants either one of you at Oral Arguments, pretending to be 'the voice of Delphi'.
How disgusting that grown women who claim to work with victims think this is the man they should feature on their podcasts. Yeah, he's a real catch, gals!
Those of us who have been doing this a long time have been talking lately about our interest level in training the newcomers. Do we help them learn the right way to do things, or watch them drown?
'Content creators' who jump into the 'true crime genre', as they call it, do so for likes, clicks, popularity, and drama. They also appear to enjoy making a living off of the deaths of children. These are people who don't understand that real lives are on the line, and their behavior is often seen as unprofessional and exploitative, in a close-knit community where we coined the golden rule that you never put a price on a human life.
Worse yet, many of these people feel entitled enough to justify their poor behavior.
Right now, many of us who helped pioneer this arena are finding ourselves fed up with the folks who bust in, bastardizing victims' pain like it's their own personal form of entertainment. There is a reason why some of us are respected in this community, while others are not taken seriously: it's not about YOU, never has been, and never will be.
The fortunate irony is, it has suddenly brought me back to those with whom I have worked forever, and lost touch with because of the Delphi circus. So in a way, this case may be irritating, but because of it and others, we veterans are now shifting our focus to what the next generation needs to look like in this community, because the bar is currently set far too low for some of these newcomers.
As we have attempted to warn for a while now, our team not only knows investigations, but we can also spot a grifter a mile away.
Our longtime readers have seen us take down three separate organizations for fraud since 2012. Now, we are adding a fourth to that list.
CasexCase.
We already know the T-shirt proceeds have not made their way to the Allen family, and the GoFundMe for alleged medical expenses just financed a vacation to Myrtle Beach.
Just like we took down the bumper sticker folks and the two groups fundraising for their own wallets, we will take this con artist group down, too.
Shame on anyone who begs for money from the true crime community; but the ones who do it under fraudulent circumstances to line their own lazy pockets actually commit a crime, punishable by law.

Delphi peeps!
I'll be sharing important data out of Carroll County tomorrow, involving Flock searches and the amount of time CC is spending on that software!
Also, I was not aware we have a McLeland working in CC LE now, but we'll have that info, too!
Huge props to our friend Michael for all his hard work on this project! We have much more to share on the Flock situation in the coming days!

A tisket, a tasket
A Ske in a casket.
Only one person on this planet ever terrified me.
Graham Allen Ward.
