Why did we say this case is SOLVED? Because the investigators hired to defend Rick Allen now have the information that others chose to withhold from us for three years; and we actually know what to do with that information to generate arrests of the guilty and their co-conspirators.

It's disgusting -- and maddening -- to learn that YouTubers being controlled by a dirty lawyer intentionally withheld crucial information, while trying to make money off of 'exposing it'.

To answer someone's question about how big our Discovery was, the first hard drive was 8 TERABYTES, which can hold approximately 500 million to 660 million pages of documents. On top of that, we were provided a link to an encrypted sync drive, with millions more pages. Those millions of pages had to be read within six (6) months, to give us time before trial to begin conducting interviews.

Because the Indiana Private Security Board (headed by Doug Carter) stalled our agency license for FOUR MONTHS, we did not receive the first hard drive until July 11th, 2023. Chris and I dove into it, working night and day, upwards of 80 hours per week, to read millions of pages: of tips, FBI reports, autopsy and crime scene photos/reports, evidence logs, etc. Our directive from the lawyers was to read, memorize, and take notes on the most important details: the ones that pointed to third-party suspects, and to prioritize them based on the largest number of tips submitted on certain individuals to the tiplines. We were directed to communicate our findings to the trial attorneys, and to have these documents at our fingertips at trial, in an effort to assist with cross-examination of police officers and others.

We were invoicing for this work, never to be paid, although we had a contract with the lawyers at a rate of $60 per hour.

By February 2024, we were conducting interviews non-stop. Then, Judge Gull fired the team, forcing us to stop work. When we were re-instated, our boss (Jason Jensen) had been terminated, and Dave Hennessey and Andy Baldwin asked us to stay on from that point, pro bono, under a second NDA, which we did. All of this is documented and can -- and will -- be slapped in people's faces if there is one more mention of what we DIDN'T do in this case or this investigation.

WE were never the problem. From a hired PR firm meant to destroy our credibility, to ISP-Lowell putting out a post on the day our agency opened, telling Indiana residents NOT to contact us with information on cases, to the false arrests and other harassment our team has encountered...it's a wonder we're still here, fighting for Justice, when we have been falsely and maliciously blamed for everything that went wrong.

Over the past week, we have learned just how much critical information has been withheld from us: by the lawyers, our boss, the 'investigator' heading up the defense team, and many content creators. This game of blaming Chris and I is nothing more than a gaslight, intended to discredit us yet again, now that we have put the pieces together and are going for arrests of cops and lawyers.

Believe what you want, but understand we have #receipts for every word in this post and will be glad to blast them if there is one more 'hit piece' done on any member of our team.
