🇬🇧🏁 Race Report – Round 1 of The Kart Championship at Warden Law 🏁
The first round of the season is done! 🔥 This was a huge challenge for me – a new Cadet class, no prior testing on this track, and only a few test sessions on a different circuit. I knew it wouldn’t be easy, but every moment on track is a valuable lesson!
🔹 Friday:
Great weather, but our initial setup was far from perfect. My dad, who is learning everything from scratch just like me, tried to find the best setup for dry conditions.
🔹 Saturday:
Heavy rain overnight made the track wet in the morning, so we had to switch to an intermediate setup.
✅ Practice: A solid session, getting to know the track.
❌ Qualifying: Wrong setup – P30
✅ Heat 1: A strong drive – from P30 to P27!
❌ Heat 2: Bad luck on the final lap – I spun on the second-to-last corner and dropped to P30, losing the P29 I had fought hard for.
🔹 Sunday:
The weather remained unpredictable, making things tricky.
✅ Super Heat 1: A great race, climbing from P30 to P27!
❌ Super Heat 2: Lacked pace – moved from P30 to P29.
❌ Final: Still struggling with setup and speed, but managed to finish P27 after starting P30.
🔹 Summary:
Even though the results weren’t spectacular, this weekend was a huge learning experience! 💪 Every lap teaches me something new, and every setup change is a step forward – both for me and my dad. The knowledge we gained will definitely help in the next rounds! 🔜🔥

🇵🇱🏁 Raport z pierwszej rundy The Kart Championship – Warden Law 🏁
Pierwsza runda sezonu za mną! 🔥 Było to dla mnie ogromne wyzwanie – nowa klasa Cadet, brak testów na tym torze przed zawodami i tylko kilka prób na innym obiekcie. Wiedziałem, że będzie trudno, ale każda chwila na torze to cenna lekcja!
🔹 Piątek:
Świetna pogoda, ale pierwsze ustawienia dalekie od ideału. Mój tata, który tak jak ja uczy się wszystkiego od podstaw, próbował znaleźć optymalne konfiguracje gokarta na suchą nawierzchnię.
🔹 Sobota:
Nocne opady zmieniły tor w mokrą ślizgawkę, więc trzeba było szybko reagować.
✅ Trening: Udany, tor poznany.
❌ Kwalifikacje: Niestety złe ustawienia – P30
✅ Heat 1: Walka do końca – z P30 na P27!
❌ Heat 2: Pech na ostatnim okrążeniu – poślizg na przedostatnim zakręcie i spadek na P30, tracąc wcześniej wywalczoną P29.
🔹 Niedziela:
Warunki nadal zmienne, co nie ułatwiało zadania.
✅ Super Heat 1: Bardzo dobry przejazd, awans z P30 na P27!
❌ Super Heat 2: Słaba prędkość, minimalna poprawa z P30 na P29.
❌ Finał: Ustawienia nadal nieidealne, ale udało się wywalczyć P27 startując z P30.
🔹 Podsumowanie:
Choć wyniki nie były spektakularne, ten weekend był dla mnie bardzo wartościowy! 💪 Każde okrążenie to nauka, a każda zmiana ustawień to kolejny krok do przodu – zarówno dla mnie, jak i mojego taty. Wiedza, którą zdobyliśmy, na pewno zaprocentuje w kolejnych rundach! 🔜🔥
