One of the longest running arcade channels on YouTube for 10+ years! I make videos playing claw machines, arcade games, coin pushers, and more! It all started with the claw game and now I even play arcade games for tickets trying for the big jackpots. I go to places like Dave and Busters and do challenges to see if I can win various prizes cashing in all of my arcade tickets. I even sometimes play carnival games and mini golf! You can make a straight up pledge for my team or a per ticket pledge if you go to the main fundraiser page. You can cap your per ticket pledge incase I win a ridiculous amount lol. NEW SECOND ARCADE CHANNEL ALERT: @MoreArcadeMatt < Go Subscribe!
Please read this is VERY important:
I will still be uploading regularly on this main channel, this 2nd channel is more experimental, will still feature arcade related videos but more laid back, less editing, etc.
My main channel and shorts channel got hacked last year and ever since I haven't been able to gain any momentum back. Videos aren't appearing in recommended anymore and it's been a struggle to get people to see new videos.
The frustrating part is I've tried hiring pro thumbnail designers and have amped up editing to TRY and keep the videos engaging enough for ppl to watch all the way thru and I'm finding content is actually performing worse which is leading me to extreme burnout and anxiety. Either that or the content I've been putting out lately just hasn't been interesting and that's where I need your help:
Please suggest what you guys want to see more of. What might I be doing wrong and how can I improve?
I realize I've been on this platform a ridiculously long time (since 2006; full time arcade videos since 2012) and most of the subs on this channel are inactive, hence why I'm trying to start fresh with a 2nd channel to see if eventually that will help grow a fresh community or if it's just me and my content that's the issue.
I've always said I'll try and keep the channel going as long as I can mentally and financially. I realize doing this for 13 years full time, I've def worn out my welcome on this platform; so again that's where I need suggestions for video ideas, what I might be doing wrong & any ways I can improve.

Exactly 1 year ago today I lost my companion and best friend for almost half of my life. Piggy of almost 20 years old was the best, most loving cat I ever had. It's still hard to this day to not grieve. Thank you all for the support while I went through this difficult time.
