Unfortunately the original video uploaded to YouTube is broken and it is stuck at 360p. I will delete this video in the future, however, I am keeping it for now, since the newsletter email from TWiR (github.com/rust-lang/this-week-in-rust/pull/6665) points to this 360p video.

Sorry for the inconvenience. In the future, to avoid this set of YouTube problems, I won't publish links until I have verified that the 4K processing is complete on YouTube.
