In just three days of hard work, I managed to dismantle over 999 old laptop batteries. The process was repetitive: cutting, opening the cases, removing protection circuits, and carefully testing each cell—simple yet requiring patience and precision to avoid damaging the cells or causing short circuits. The result was truly impressive – right in front of me stood a “mountain of 18650 cells”, colorful and stacked like a treasure trove of energy waiting to be reused for DIY battery packs and power storage projects.
