It’s not enough to seem or to feel Christian. We must be Christians in action. We can’t expect to practice with the youth band by day and then slide nude under the sheets with the cute keyboardist by night. We can’t expect to circle and hold hands in emotional prayer at church by day then wallow in cybersexby night.
When we turn on the computer and masturbate over naked, nameless lovers lying across our screen, we aren’t like Christ. We aren’t moving toward Him. While His love for us never changes, our intimacy with Him wanes.
Distance grows. But when we choose sexual purity and walk in the light, we’re one with God’s essence. Intimacy grows. True relationship flourishes.
God is aching for you to be one with Him. The whole plan of salvation was designed that He might have a close relationship with you. Have you met the terms? Do you love His standards? When God asks you to change your behavior, do you say, You got it, Father? If so, that’s a mark of growing intimacy.
The truth is, as young men we often treat ourselves as kids. If we viewed ourselves as men like God does, we’d always view our sexual decisions today ashaving an impact on our tomorrows. But we usually don’t do that.
There remains this huge gap between the physical ability to do sexual things (which happens during puberty) and the legal ability to do sexualthings (at least in God’s eyes), which is ours only at marriage.
Facing this enormous chasm, it’s easy to view the physical and the legal as two thoroughly separate realms. In other words, you think that what you do during the teens is completely different from—or has no effect on—what happens during your adult years.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
The bifurcation myth says that you can do what you want as a teenager because after you move into adulthood, it won’t matter. That myth caused me many problems, and it will create
havoc for you as well, if you believe it.
You see, there’s no line that you step over from the teen
years to the adult years. God knows that; it’s why He sees you as a man right now. You must begin to see yourself this way too, because the person you become as a young man is the person you’ll drag into adulthood. Your likes and dislikes— from food to music to movies—will follow you.More important, your character will be formed, just as a concrete foundation outlines a house.
Since life-bifurcation is a myth, the decisions youmake today will impact everything in your future. The sexual desires you feed as a teenager will be the same desires you’ll want to feed when you’re forty.
Decision-making is a two-edged sword: The right decisions you make today will help you make the right decisions when you’re older. Wrong decisions today get you traveling down a path that leads to more horrible mistakes tomorrow.
These decisions will carry right over into marriage, and you’ll live one life in front of your wife and one life behind her back, trapped by the sexual habits you form now. You likely haven’t even met your future wife yet, but know this: If you believe that today’s sexualdecisions are harmless to your future, bifurcation is rotting the roots of your future marriage right now.

"He that cometh to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder" (Heb 11:6)
This in my opinion, is the bedrock upon which true prayer rests.
The series of accounts told subsequently is an attempt to capture precious moments in travailing prayer, as well as prove that "if there's a man to pray, there's a God to answer".
On the 13th of May 2013, a number of friends as well as myself set our hearts to seek God for His fullness. However we cannot talk about the prayer without talking about the "pre-prayer". I believe times of prayer can and should be prayed for.
Psalm 141:1 KJV
'Lord, I cry unto thee: make haste unto me; give ear unto my voice, when I cry unto thee'.
Here we see David praying for a prayer he would later pray. A couple of friends, about five or more in number, gathered to pray 12hrs long in tongues. The prayer burden was simple, that 'we will pray'. 'We' implying as many as the lord would draw the following week.
The prayer meeting started on the set date and was to last for 12hrs for 4days consecutively and then cumulate in a 36hrs prayer during that weekend. All we did was speak in tongues, worship and challenge ourselves on the possibilities in God and the New Creation Man.
We began the prayer and God moved daily among us. By the third day we got a call from O.A.U narrating the story of a meeting in which the spirit of prophecy fell on three persons who spoke saying "I the lord is moving in U.I". When we heard that, there was much encouragement for us. By the fourth day, we heard angels sing along with us. Some heard a solo, some a duet and yet some a full choir. It was new to us and so very exciting.
The first week was trailed with deep passionate prophetic intercession, sincere worship and strong words that challenged our reality.
Testimonies came in everyday ranging from academic miracles, to financial miracles and healings for people both in attendance and those prayed for in absential. The theme was simple "all things are possible". As we concluded the last batch of 12hrs prayer on Thursday, the prayer leader asked if we should continue the next week and the whole place resounded with a loud yes! Little did we know that we were at the brink of a spiritual breakthrough.
A few of the brethren (same as earlier) went on to spend 42hrs waiting on God from 6pm on Friday to 6am on Sunday. They were weak, frail and regular gentlemen, but they were thirsty. Passionate for reality and would not settle for anything less. We would later realize that we were not alone in this tireless pursuit. I must say at this point that some of the experiences we had seriously confronted our known theology.
For example there were days when we would be praying and our eyes would be open to see people praying with us and then the people would just vanish. I remember asking to confirm if I alone was seeing this and a number of people confirmed the same experience. This is actually my first time sharing this. It was only last year (2015) that better understanding came. God was trying to bring us into the understanding of a life we would be living as a body soon.
Sometime last year, the Lord told me we would be able to participate in meetings either via "audio or video"(spiritual) and be blessed from any part of the world without being there physically. Grace will be imparted to conquer time, space and matter. By the way, it has already started happening only that a good number of us are either not sensitive or don't yet understand the experience.
As the days passed, the incentives we got were so much that we couldn't have stopped. Every new day brought with it a greater awareness and consciousness of His presence. The following week was greeted with more enthusiasm. Only Heaven knew what was coming at us that week.
I humbly seek with every story or testimony, to inspire your hearts again. Kenneth E. Hagin once prophesied that "if the church will believe and pray as the early church believed and prayed, we'll see as much as the saw and much more". Glory!!!

A SUBMISSIVE WOMAN Min THEOPHILUS SUNDAYS WIFE MRS ASHLEE SUNDAY
“Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.” — Ephesians 5:22
Submission is not weakness.
Submission is not the absence of a voice.
Submission is the strength to recognize God’s order and willingly honor it.
There is something powerful about a woman who understands, “God did not just make me to be loved; He made me to help build.”
God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.”
Before there was a wife, there was a purpose.
And when God gives you a husband, He is not asking you to become smaller. He is asking you to understand your assignment within the structure He designed.
A submissive woman doesn’t say,
“I have no opinion.”
She says,
“I have a voice, but I know how to use it with wisdom.”
She doesn’t say,
“My husband is always right.”
She says,
“I will honor the man God has entrusted to lead, while trusting God enough to speak truth when necessary.”
Because submission is not blind obedience to a man’s every desire.
Submission is obedience to God’s design.
And hear me:
You cannot ask God to bless what you continually dishonor.
If God built marriage with order, then honor the order.
If God called your husband to lead, don’t compete with him for the seat God gave him.
And husband, if God called you to lead, don’t use leadership as permission to control, intimidate, or crush your wife.
Because biblical submission is surrounded by something else:
Love.
“Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it.” — Ephesians 5:25
So the picture is not:
“Woman, submit!”
The picture is:
“Man, love sacrificially.”
And:
“Woman, honor willingly.”
That is the beauty of God’s design.
A woman who submits to a godly husband is not losing herself.
She is trusting God enough to walk in His order.
And when a woman knows who she is in God, she doesn’t have to fight her husband for authority.
She can say:
“I don’t need to compete with you. I am here to build with you.”
That is a submissive woman.
Not voiceless.
Not powerless.
Not inferior.
But surrendered to God, secure in her identity, wise in her words, and committed to building what God has entrusted to her.
May God raise women who don’t merely want husbands—
but understand the responsibility of being wives.
And may He raise men who don’t merely demand submission—
but become men worthy of the honor they ask for.
