Hello everyone! This is Ruth no longer The Crafter mom but Ruthfulplanning!

When I started my IG account back in 2021, I was a mom that loved to craft as a way of dealing with anxiety. I wanted to show what I was crafting and that's how The Crafter mom was born. Very quickly I discovered that more than showing my crafting I wanted to show my creativity through planning.

Later on, I found out that I could also share my love for reading and I started wondering if it would be a good idea to change my Instagram name. I thought so many times of doing it but at that point I had already started a TikTok account, an Etsy shop and my YouTube channel and I was scared of changing my name for fear of not being recognized.

After so much thought I decided that 2024 was the year where I cut the plug and look for a more suitable name and with the help of one of my planner friends Ruthfulplanning was created!

Hi everyone!
I have been very quiet over here and I wanted to address it as I feel I have been a little inconsistent of when I post my videos. Last month, my dad visited us for a whole month and I barely had time to plan or post (in here and on IG) and I decided that I wanted to give myself grace and time to spend with my dad as we don't usually have him over. I am back and I wish I could have the time to show you all I want to do (and I have done so far), but unfortunately, it is December, and it is one of the busiest times of the year at my 9-5 job so I will do at least 5 videos this month. - one already dropped! It is my 2024 lineup and I can't wait to hear your opinions and your own lineups!

2024 will be the year of being CONSISTENT, so I'm going to have a schedule for posting, and try my hardest to have at least 1-2 videos a week!

Stay tune for a video coming this Friday, December 15th, it is something I usually don't do on camera but I can't wait for all of you to watch it!
