Crystal Collins, MPH Commitment Camp

Crystal decided to adopt a plant-based lifestyle in March 2023. Since then, she has lost nearly 30 pounds, and all the health risks she previously faced have disappeared. She is determined to stick to this lifestyle and has no intention of returning to her previous way of living, so she founded C4 Plant-Based Lifestyle (Crystal Collins Commitment Camp).

Crystal holds a Master's Degree in Public Health from Virginia Union University (VUU) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, specializing in Organizational Management, from the College of Mount Saint Vincent (CMSV). She is a University Adjunct Professor at VUU, teaching undergraduate plant biology and graduate-level classes in Public Health.
