Look at what I saw on my way to work yesterday.
It reads -
Dear Black Men,

You are not defined by what is between your legs.

You are not defined by the amount of money in your bank account.

You have a purpose beyond performing sex and producing for others.

You are cherished for your presence, and we are grateful you are here.

So what do you all think about the message?

Should Black men be cherished PURELY for their presence?

Should we as a community not have such high expectations for Black men?

Should we all just be grateful that Black men are here at all?

I ran across this ad for Delta. I found it interesting and note-worthy. Usually when I see ads with interracial couples involving Black people, the genders are reversed. I hope Godfrey doesn't see this.
