It's been a wonderful gift to bake this year. Last year I was in a lot of pain from an accident (whole body) and the Xmas before that my right hand was mangled in an accident and did a tiny bit of baking. Anyhow, Blessed Yule Season so far with delicious amazing baking.

Bride of Frankenstein (Taste Good for Zombies)
30 Butter Tarts with Pecans.
Filling:
1 cup of butter
Salt
2 cups brown sugar
Vanilla
4 beaten eggs
1 cup maple syrup 🍁
Pecans
30 tart shells or make your own.
-----------
Use a hand mixer unless you're an experienced baker because the sugar settles to the bottom of the bowl/pot.
Hand mix in a bowl until batter is mixed well.
Place Pecans on the bottom of the shell. It's easier than putting the Pecans in the batter. Then you don't have to eye ball and try to make even amounts of Pecans per tart.
Keep an eye out for the sugar setting to the bottom. Disperse evenly to each tart shell.
