Are you implying that your children are to blame for your failures and procrastination?

Are they the ones stopping you from taking care of your health and well-being?

Your children are not the reason why you don't exercise, travel the world, read books, make progress on your projects or career, and so on.
It's always You, remember that.

Your children are not the reason for your extra weight or back pain. So stop saying this to them, even in your thoughts.

Maybe you don't say it now, but you might say it when they grow up. They don't deserve to hear it, not as babies and not as teenagers.

Here are the rules:
1️⃣Get your shit together. This one is the hardest.

2️⃣Loving and taking care of yourself isn't also easy. Figure out for yourself:” Why you need to start exercising.

3️⃣Don't you really have time? Take a look at your phone screens and reconsider. I understand that the Instagram or TikTok feed won't watch itself😁, but...

4️⃣Stop waiting for perfect conditions. Look at what you can do right now!
Starting with 15-20 minutes of daily exercise is a good beginning.
Do home workouts together with your kids. Ask your spouse or a friend to babysit.
Or let the kids watch cartoons. Come on, you probably do it when sitting in cafes or restaurants anyway. Moreover, there are plenty of educational cartoons available nowadays.

I don't know your situation, but there is always a way to make things happen if you truly want it.😊
