I empower OT business owners to THRIVE without the HUSTLE.

I hope my videos VALIDATE, INSPIRE & ELEVATE the OT community.

👋 I figure an introduction is a good place to start. As an occupational therapist, I tend think about identity through occupation. What are the things we do that define our roles and which of those roles form our identity? (Way to overthink an introduction, right?)

DOING - BEING - BELONGING - BECOMING is an OT framework that sits warmly in my centre. It relatesto the idea of how our lives are filled what we do, who we are, how we are in relationship to others and how we are growing.

In many bios I describe myself as a mom, a potter, a gardener, an occupational therapist, an entrepreneur, an educator, and a mentor. Also a perimenopausal ADHDer who is going through all of the chaos that this season brings.

When I listen to how others see me I should add that I'm a safe space creator, who sees people as they are and supports their authentic growth. I'm also an imperfect daughter, wife, sister, cousin and niece because those spaces of unconditional belonging need to allow for some unravelling where my nature is to try to hold everyone else up, even when I can't.

Becoming... that's something I'm experimenting with here. Stay tuned. I have ideas to share and things I think will help others navigate the wild ride of life with self-compassion, resilience and maybe even some vitality. I look forward to more connecting.
