I had a long but productive day today 🙏
I finished my next video: How to Stay Young in Your 40s, to be published on Friday 🤍
I’ll continue to add a couple more videos on my entire anti-aging system that helps me look better at 45 than I did at 35.
Look at the side my side picture of me. Notice the under eye hollows I had when I was 35 and instead of a them getting worse over the last 10 years they improved considerably.
I also made dinner today: beef shanks. It was yummy 😋

A week ago after resigning from my job, I prayed to God that He takes my mental energy and focuses it on something that reflects His glory and His will for my life. Today I make my own hand cream... Adela, the silkest hand cream I every felt and it smells like roses, my favorite flower
Btw... I'm wearing nothing on my skin but my morning skincare. I just got out of the shower, hair still wet and started working on the hand cream.
