Here’s something you don’t see often— me being candid about my journey as an artist since moving to New York.
This path has not been for the faint of heart. I’ve been a warrior… and I’ve also been burned out, rebuilding myself after the grind of simply trying to stabilize here.
Beyond the photos, beyond what looks polished— it’s really been me and God, elbows deep in the work, figuring it out day by day.
I came here with a childhood dream and a prayer. But the woman I became needed more than that—she needed endurance, faith, and the courage to keep going without a clear map.
Because no one tells you: it might take years to feel rooted. It might take longer than expected to build a life that can hold your dreams.
This journey is not simple. Not linear. Not always clear.
And the truth is— it’s hard to prioritize your creativity when you’re fighting to survive in a system that doesn’t always support it.
But I’m still here. Still creating. Still choosing this life, even on the hard days.
That, in itself, is power.
