No, FNaF 1 is NOT set in 1989. Not only does the week before itself go against this due to the Godfather Part 3 reference (1990) and Ralph’s Monday to Friday schedule which isn’t compatible with 1989, but 1989 was DEBUNKED before FNaF 1 even released. Scott calls the FNaF 1 job “crappy” which wouldn’t be the case in 1989 cause $4 dollars an hour would be above 1989’s minimum wage, meaning FNaF 1 has to take place after 1991 when minimum wage rose to $4.25 an hour. FNaF 1 is probably set in 1993.

Just had to say that, but now I’m going back to Undertale and Deltarune 💀
