Slow pulled smoked lamb leg, wrapped in a warm tortilla with fresh vegetables and cheese, finished with a Gloria’s kick of pomegranate sauce and ruby seeds. Lamb is naturally rich in protein, iron, zinc, and B vitamins, nutrients that support energy, immunity, and recovery. Paired with fresh produce and balanced fats, it becomes a meal that nourishes rather than weighs you down.
The song used in the shorts video as the BGM is Te Esperaré, by Ecuadorian singer Julio Jaramillo. The title means “I will wait for you.”It’s a song about patience, about staying where you are and letting time pass quietly. Even if things haven’t yet found the light we hoped for, let’s wait a little longer and keep doing what we can, right where we are. Good things will come in time!!!
So let’s keep going, starting the year energized and fueled by good, nourishing food!💪
How is your year beginning? It doesn’t have to be anything remarkable. I think small moments of gratitude are already enough for happiness.
I once visited a dessert shop where the candied orange peels were sold out. Curious about the taste, I decided to make my own. Lemon, it turns out, works beautifully too. They only had a dark chocolate version, but I thought the brightness of lemon would pair well with white chocolate, and it really did.
Life isn’t always filled with light and ease, and this past year, for me, came with more challenges and moments to push through than usual.
Even so, while preparing the recipes and videos to share with you, I found brief pockets of joy, moments where I could breathe, focus, and feel grounded. Those moments meant more to me than I can say. As we step into the new year, I wish you good health and steady progress toward everything you’re hoping for. Even if every day isn’t perfect, let’s try to listen more closely to the quiet happiness each moment offers, and walk through this year with a little more kindness, to ourselves and to one another. Thank you, always.
Wishing you a truly gentle and beautiful year ahead.💕
Sharing a simple bake today that’s nice to pull apart and enjoy together at the end of the year.
Sweet Garlic Butter Leaves Bread. Soft bread layered with garlic butter and a gentle touch of sweetness. As it bakes, the kitchen fills with the warmest scent, naturally bringing everyone to the table.
After yesterday’s poll, some of you asked if I could share this recipe. The video will be coming very soon.☺️
This cake begins with Pandoro, a traditional Christmas bread that originated in Verona, Italy. With whipped cream and fresh berries, it becomes an easy way to create a beautiful Christmas cake at home.
I’ve shared the full recipe openly on my recipe website for the holidays. There is a simple sign-up to view it, but it’s there for anyone who may need it.
