I used 8–10 tbsp of gelatin (50g+ protein), mango puree, fresh apple juice, coconut water, a dash of salt, and 2–5 tbsp honey. Chopped in papaya for extra enzymes.

Just heat water (not boiling), stir in the gelatin until dissolved, cool it down, toss it in the fridge overnight—done.
