My name is Khushboo and I have created this channel to spread awareness about Yoga as a complete science of attaining a healthy body, mind, and soul. According to Maharshi Patanjali, Yoga has eight limbs and the practice of Yoga begins with self-discipline and self constraints. Being a Yogi does not mean, leaving out all your desires and sitting in one secluded corner. Instead, it is about embracing your inner desires and fulfilling them in the best way possible for your own self and those around you. To be a Yogi is to be the best version of yourself!
