GMF Train Videos

Have any of you railroad signal fans seen a light frame like this before? Do you know the manufacturer? I have close-ups of the manufacturer, but because of how aged the light is, it's hard to make out all the letters. It is an 8 inch light. This is the only one like this at this railroad crossing. The rest are US&S. Any help is appreciated!

TPW just arrived in Lafayette, Indiana with the ex-SLRG 101 unit, now owned by ACWR. Will be dropped off in CSX yard. Not sure what CSX train will take it south out of Lafayette, nor when.

Hey guys. Here in the coming days, I will be reuploading quite a few old videos from September 2017 and prior. Old videos of mine from this time period that were edited and trimmed using Youtube's old video editor started playing funky once Youtube did away with the classic Youtube studio. When watching these videos on the updated Youtube studio, the audio and video are MAJORLY out of sync and parts of the videos that were previously trimmed are showing up on the videos, which is what is causing the desyncing issues. However, if I go into the details page of the videos and play the videos there, the videos play fine. Of course, they can only be watched normal under the editing section. I also tried reverting the videos back to their original about a week ago, but I was unable to revert them back. I just found out tonight that the videos return to their original format if I download them to my computer's hard drive. Now I can redo the videos and reupload them so they actually play in sync.

I was in Frankfort, Indiana yesterday (05/29). For anyone interested in getting photos, the old Monon/CSX mainline tracks to Indy were recently revealed under a parking lot due to work being done on State Road 28. This is on the corner of Walnut Street (S.R. 28) and Fifth Streets. This line took up street running down Fifth Street just beyond this parking lot. Also some rails and steel beams were revealed in the ground at CSX's current railroad crossing at Walnut Street/S.R. 28 from the old PRR route to Terre Haute, Indiana.

Just caught Amtrak 50-03 heading south in Brookston and Lafayette, Indiana with units 194, 90413, and 62 and surfliner coach number 6903 for anyone interested. Seems to have left the Lafayette station on time shortly before 10:00 P.M.
