영상으로 찾아뵙고 싶었는데 영상 제작 기간이 길어져 이렇게 다시 한번 게시글로 찾아뵙게 되었어요! ㅠㅠ
기다리고 계신 구독자 여러분께 정말 죄송한 마음입니다 ㅠㅠ

<너의 여름>5화는 지금 24분 정도 작업했고 아직 영상 편집 단계입니다
5화가 분량이 꽤 길어져 제작 시간이 오래 걸리고 있고 지금 후반부 씬이 2개 정도 남아있습니다

근데 제가 지금 하고 있는 다른 일(다른 직업)이 다음 주부터 너무 바쁜 주간이라 다음 주부터 10일 정도 너의 여름 작업을 할 수 없는 상황입니다 그래서 이렇게 공지로 업로드 일정에 대해 알려드려야 할 거 같아 글을 쓰게 되었어요 ㅠ
다른 일 때문에 영상 작업이 밀리지 않도록 5화를 이번 주 안으로 끝내려고 많이 노력했는데 후반부 작업을 결국 마무리 짓지 못했습니다
다음 주에도 틈틈이 작업을 할 수 있는 한 해보겠지만 본격적인 제작은 19일에 다시 시작 할 수 있을 거 같고 19일부터 남은 후반부 영상 편집과 성우님 더빙 작업, 음악, 자막 작업까지 마무리 하고 업로드하려면 5화 완성은 5월 말은 되어야 할거 같아요
이렇게 업로드가 밀려서 너무 너무 죄송합니다

기다려 주시는 댓글들을 보며 이렇게 업로드 주기가 긴 시리즈를 잊지 않고 기다려 주시는 구독자님들께 너무 감사하고 죄송한 마음이에요!

Hello everyone, this is Tender!

I had hoped to greet you with a new video, but because the production process is taking longer than expected, I’m here with another post instead. ㅠㅠ
I’m truly sorry to everyone who has been waiting. ㅠㅠ

Episode 5 of *The Summer of You* is currently about 24 minutes long and is now in the editing stage.
Because this episode is quite long, production is taking more time than expected, and I still have about two scenes left to finish in the second half.

However, starting next week, my other work will be entering a very busy period, so I won’t be able to work on *The Summer of You* for about 10 days. That’s why I wanted to give you an update on the upload schedule. ㅠ

I really tried my best to finish Episode 5 this week so that my other work wouldn’t cause any delay, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to complete the final scenes in time.

I’ll try to work on it whenever I can next week, but I think I’ll be able to fully resume production on the 19th. After finishing the remaining editing, voice recording, music, and subtitles, I expect Episode 5 to be completed around the end of May.

I’m so, so sorry for the delay.

Reading your comments makes me feel both incredibly grateful and deeply sorry to those of you who continue to support and wait for this series despite the long gaps between uploads.

It’s thanks to your support and patience that I’m able to keep creating.

I’m working hard on Episode 5, so I hope you’ll continue to stay with Yeoreum and Hanseong! 🙏

Quería saludarlos con un nuevo video, pero como el proceso de producción está tomando más tiempo de lo esperado, vuelvo a comunicarme con ustedes a través de otra publicación. ㅠㅠ
De verdad lo siento mucho por todos los que han estado esperando. ㅠㅠ

El episodio 5 de *The Summer of You* dura actualmente unos 24 minutos y ahora está en la etapa de edición.

Como este episodio es bastante largo, la producción está tomando más tiempo de lo esperado, y todavía me quedan unas dos escenas por terminar en la segunda mitad.

Sin embargo, a partir de la próxima semana, mi otro trabajo entrará en un período muy ocupado, así que no podré trabajar en *The Summer of You* durante unos 10 días. Por eso quería escribir esta publicación para actualizarles sobre el calendario de subida. ㅠ

De verdad hice todo lo posible por terminar el episodio 5 esta semana para que mi otro trabajo no retrasara el video, pero lamentablemente no pude completar a tiempo las escenas finales.

Intentaré avanzar en lo que pueda la próxima semana, pero creo que podré retomar por completo la producción el día 19. Después de terminar la edición restante, las grabaciones de voz, la música y los subtítulos, espero poder completar el episodio 5 hacia finales de mayo.

De verdad, de verdad siento mucho el retraso.

Al leer sus comentarios, me siento inmensamente agradecido y también muy apenado con todos ustedes que siguen apoyando y esperando esta serie a pesar de los largos intervalos entre publicaciones.
Es gracias a su apoyo y paciencia que puedo seguir creando.

本当は新しい動画でご挨拶したかったのですが、制作作業が予想より長引いているため、今回も投稿でお知らせすることになりました。ㅠㅠ
待っていてくださった皆さん、本当に申し訳ありません。ㅠㅠ

『君の夏 (The Summer of You)』第5話は、現在約24分ほどの長さになっていて、今は編集作業を進めている段階です。
今回はエピソード自体がかなり長いため、制作に予想以上の時間がかかっており、後半にはまだ仕上げなければならないシーンが2つほど残っています。

ただ、来週から本業のほうがとても忙しい時期に入るため、約10日ほど『君の夏 (The Summer of You)』の作業ができなくなりそうです。ㅠ
そのため、アップロード予定についてお知らせしたくてこの投稿を書いています。
本業の影響で動画が遅れないよう、今週中に第5話を完成させようと本当に頑張ったのですが、最後のシーンまで仕上げることができませんでした。

来週もできる限り作業を進めるつもりですが、本格的に制作を再開できるのは19日頃になりそうです。残りの編集、音声収録、音楽、字幕の作業を終えたあと、第5話は5月末ごろに完成する見込みです。

お待たせしてしまって、本当に本当に申し訳ありません。

皆さんのコメントを読むたびに、更新の間隔が長いこのシリーズを変わらず待っていてくださることに、心から感謝すると同時に申し訳ない気持ちにもなります。
皆さんの応援と忍耐があるからこそ、私はこの作品を作り続けることができます。

우선 3화도 재밌게 봐주셔서 정말 감사드려요!
여러분의 따뜻한 응원 덕분에 제가 또 다음 영상을 만들 에너지를 얻고 있습니다! :)

오늘은 4화를 기다려 주시는 분들께 제 고민과 작업 과정을 조금 공유해 드리고 업로드 주기에 대해 조심스럽게 양해를 구하고자 글을 쓰게 되었습니다!

정말 감사하게도 많은 분들이 '너의 여름'을 재밌게 봐주셔서 "잘 만들어서 꼭 완결까지 가야겠다"는 다짐을 매일 하고 있습니다!

다만 모든 과정을 혼자 작업하다 보니 물리적인 시간이 소요될 수 밖에 없어서요
정말 마음은 빨리 보여드리고 싶은데, 제작 과정이 생각보다 쉽지 않아 죄송한 마음이 앞섭니다.. ㅠㅠ

지난 3화의 경우 두달이 넘게 걸렸는데 사실 정말 두 달이 넘는 시간 동안 매일 작업에 매달렸거든요..! 물론 제가 다른 일도 함께 하고 있어서 더 시간이 걸리고 있는데요! ㅠㅠ

AI로 원하는 장면을 구현하기 위해 4~10초짜리 영상을 계속 생성하다 보니 한 편에 들어간 영상 파일만 985개에가 들어갔더라구요, 원하는 결과가 나오지 않아 버려진 것까지 합치면 천 개가 훨씬 넘는 영상을 뽑았는데 사실 작업하면서도 내가 지금 조금 무모한 짓을 하고 있는건 아닐까 하는 생각이 들 정도로 쉽지는 않은 과정이었습니다..!

처음 1화를 올렸을때만 해도 조금은 엉성하게 재미로 한번 만들어볼까 하는 마음으로 가볍게 시작했던 것도 사실이었고, 그래서 뒤늦게 화를 거듭하면서 AI에 대해 더 공부하고 있고 스토리 또한 재정비하는데 시간을 많이 쓰고 있습니다!
잘하고 싶은 욕심도 더더욱 커지고 있어요
하지만 AI로 긴 영상을 주기적으로 만드는게 저에게도 처음 해보는 도전이라 시행착오를 겪는거 같습니다..!

현재 제 작업은 [스토리쓰기 - 이미지 생성 - 영상 뽑기 - 영상 편집 - 대사, 나레이션을 최종 수정 - 성우님 녹음 - 음성파일 립싱크 렌더링 - 후반 음악 및 자막 작업] 의 순서로 진행되는데요
업로드 주기를 앞당기려면 무조건 영상 길이를 줄여야 하는데, 그러면 내용 전개가 느릴 거 같아 불안한 마음이 생기곤 해요..!

하지만 분명히 약속드리고 싶은건 '너의 여름' 시리즈를 절대 놓지 않고 끝까지 좋은 이야기로 완성하겠다는 다짐입니다

조금 느리더라도 저만의 최선의 방법을 꼭 찾아낼게요!
여름이와 한성이를 잊지 않고 기다려 주시는 구독자분들의 응원이 저에게는 가장 큰 힘이 됩니다!

First of all, thank you so much for the love and support you’ve shown for Episode 3! Your warm encouragement gives me the energy I need to keep pushing forward with the next video. :)

Today, I’m writing to share some thoughts on the production process with those of you waiting for Episode 4, and to kindly ask for your understanding regarding the upload schedule.

I am so grateful that so many of you are enjoying "The Summer of You." Seeing your support makes me more determined than ever to improve the quality and ensure I see this series through to the very end!

However, since I handle every single part of the process alone, it is incredibly time-consuming. I truly want to share the next chapter with you as soon as possible, but because the production is more demanding than I expected, I sincerely apologize for the wait. ㅠㅠ

Episode 3 required over two months of daily, intensive work. Since I am also balancing this with other responsibilities, it has been taking quite a bit of time. To create the exact scenes I envision using AI, I have to generate 4- to 10-second clips repeatedly. Episode 3 alone consisted of 985 final video files—and if you count the ones that didn't make the cut, I generated well over a thousand clips. To be honest, there were moments during the process where I wondered if I was being too ambitious because of how challenging it was.

When I first uploaded Episode 1, I started it quite lightly, thinking it would just be a fun, experimental project. But as the episodes progress, I find myself studying AI more deeply and spending more time refining the storyline. My desire to deliver a great result just keeps growing.

As creating long-form videos with AI on a regular basis is a new challenge for me, I am still navigating some trial and error.

My current workflow follows these steps: [Storytelling → Image Generation → Video Generation → Video Editing → Finalizing Dialogue/Narration → Voice Recording → Lip-sync Rendering → Post-production (Music & Subtitles)]

This has given me a lot to think about lately. To speed up the upload cycle, I would have to shorten the length of the videos, but I worry that would make the plot progression feel too slow.

One thing I want to promise you is this: I will never give up on "The Summer of You," and I am committed to completing the series with a great story.

Even if the progress is a bit slow, I will find the best way to make it work! The support of my subscribers, who wait for Yeoreum and Han-seong, is my greatest strength.

It’s not an easy process, but I am so happy to share the things I’ve only imagined with all of you through these videos. If you could wait for me with patience and kindness, I will return with Yeoreum and Han-seong as soon as possible, no matter how long it takes!

무엇보다 먼저 3화를 오랫동안 기다려 주신 분들께 정말 죄송하다는 말씀부터 드립니다 ㅠㅠ 금방 돌아오겠다는 약속을 드렸는데 예상보다 공백이 너무 길어졌습니다..

기다려 주시는 댓글들을 보며 게시글 보다는 어떻게든 빨리 영상으로 보답해 드리고 싶었는데, 작업을 하면서도 죄송한 마음에 선뜻 글을 올리지 못하고 이제야 소식을 전해요..ㅠㅠ

2화를 작업하며 전보다 숙달 되었으니 분명 더 빠른 시일 내로 업로드 가능 할 거라고 스스로 확신했었는데
3화를 작업하며 적어두었던 스토리를 영상으로 구현해 보니 글로 썼던 내용이 생각보다 훨씬 길어지더라고요...ㅠㅠ
너의 여름 전체 스토리도 계속 더 다듬으며 전달하고 싶은 이야기도 더 구체화 되면서 3화 분량이 거의 40분으로 지난 2화보다 거의 두 배 가까이 늘어나게 되었습니다..! ㅠㅠ

현재 영상 편집은 거의 끝났고 성우님 녹음과 후반 사운드 작업을 남겨둔 상황입니다..!
(분량이 많아져서 시청하시기 편하게 3, 4화로 나누어 올리게 될 수도 있을 것 같아요)
오랜 시간 기다려 주신 만큼 마지막까지 마무리까지 열심히 하겠습니다!

First and foremost, I would like to sincerely apologize to everyone who has been waiting so long for Episode 3.

I promised to return quickly, but the hiatus ended up being much longer than expected. Seeing all your comments, I really wanted to repay your patience with the actual video rather than just a post, but it took much longer than planned. I am truly sorry for the delay!

I felt so apologetic while working that I couldn't bring myself to post an update until now.

After finishing Episode 2, I felt more experienced and was confident that I could upload the next one much faster. However, as I began turning the written script into a video, the story ended up being much longer than I had initially anticipated.

As I continued to refine the overall plot of "Your Summer" and clarify the message I wanted to convey, the length of Episode 3 grew to nearly 40 minutes—almost double the length of Episode 2!

Currently, the video editing is nearly complete, and I am in the final stages of voice recording and sound post-production.

(Due to the length, I may split the content into Episodes 3 and 4 to make it more comfortable for you to watch.)

I will do my absolute best to finish strong and make it worth the long wait! Thank you so much for waiting for me despite such a long gap between uploads.

I know I still have much to improve, but I kindly ask for your generous understanding and just a little more of your patience.

사실 재미로 만지기 시작했던 AI로 뭔가 만들어보겠다고 마음먹고 나서 너의 여름 1화를 올렸을 때도 다른 사람들이 봤을 때 ‘재미’라는 걸 느낄 수 있을지 의문이 들었었는데, 댓글로 “재밌다”, “다음 화가 너무 기다려진다”라고 해주시는 말씀들이 정말 믿기지 않을 만큼 감사했어요!

댓글 하나하나 답글을 달아드리고 싶은 마음이었지만,
게시글로 이렇게나마 마음을 전해봅니다💖

저는 방구석 드라마 덕후이고, 좋아하는 드라마는 많게는 10번도 넘게 보는 드라마 광인데요.
AI로 내가 생각한 걸 영상으로 만들 수 있다는 게 요즘 너무 행복합니다!

The second episode of Your Summer has just been released, and as I read through each of your comments, I can’t help but feel so deeply grateful.

Honestly, when I first started playing around with AI just for fun and decided to make something out of it, I had a lot of doubts when I uploaded the first episode of Your Summer.
I wasn’t sure if other people would actually find it entertaining — but seeing your comments saying how much you enjoyed it and couldn’t wait for the next episode… I was honestly overwhelmed with gratitude.

I really wanted to reply to each and every comment, but I’ll take this post as a way to express my thanks to all of you. 💕

I’m just a huge drama lover who watches the same show more than ten times sometimes,
so being able to turn my ideas into videos using AI these days makes me incredibly happy!
And it’s all thanks to you — the people who watch and support these stories with such enthusiasm.

Episode 3 of Your Summer is currently in production, but I can’t promise exactly when it’ll be uploaded yet… 😢
Still, I’ve been working on it every single day without taking a break,
and now that I’ve gotten the hang of things, I think it’ll be ready much faster than Episode 2!
So please stay tuned and look forward to Episode 3! 🙏

I’m also making a few short stories about other characters here and there,
so I hope you’ll be excited for those as well! 😉
